I bought my delete kit last year and opted not to install the SOTF knob. Fast forward to yesterday when I decided to change my tune from a single tune to a SOTF tune and had forgotten that my original delete bundle kit came with that knob. I purchased the knob yesterday for $99 and within prob 30 minutes, Cynthia called me to inquire about the knob and stated it should’ve came in my original bundle. How awesome is it that she reached out to me and ultimately saved me from spending money when I didn’t need to!? Most companies would’ve just let me spend the unnecessary money just so they could make the sale. Cynthia promptly refunded my credit card. Can’t say enough positive things about my overall experience with this company.

Very simple and straightforward

Tunes are good, runs well, tcm flashed okay, had to disconnect power afterwards to clear codes but is good now. super simple, a trained monkey could use the platform. Bite the bullet, it's worth the price.

Full diet

Easy to do. Exhaust was not the funnest. Recommend a lift if possible. But all in all I recommend the job. Absolutely love mine. Instructions were easy to follow. I also got the dummy plug kit. I like the cleaner look of it. Now I just need to remove the def tank.

Tunes are good very clean not hot and Smokey and can be anywhere from stock to mild to wild

The pipe kid I received wasn’t milled the best but with a little elbow grease will go together. Wish there was more options for tuning. Understand I also have a 2020 so that is probably a reason. 8.5/10

Great Kit!

Kit had everything needed to do the delete, it was all packaged well, and came quickly. Tuning was simple following the directions, no issues at all. I would recommend you get your own heater hose, as the ones in kit could be a bit longer, I used my own hose. Other than that, good buy. Truck runs like a raped ape!

I haven't gotten my kit installed yet, but from what I've read and the looking at the kit everything looks great. I'm looking forward to when it's all installed and I get out on the road to feel and see the difference over stock.

Received damaged part from shipping.

My 1st box to arrive for my full delete kit for my 6.7 cummins arrived with a damaged coupling. I spoke with Tyson of the support team and he was able to remedy the problem and get the new coupling shipped out. I am awaiting the new part and hope the rest of the parts arrive and install goes smoothly.

Good quality overall the only thing I don't understand is why they have a V8 instead of a straight inline 6 for a Cummings motor just my thought but overall decent sweatshirt

Everything in bundle came as advertised and was easy to install.

I wanted to share a bit about my experience installing the kit. Overall, I found the installation process relatively straightforward, though the most challenging part was definitely removing the exhaust. Despite that hurdle, it was absolutely worth it—the truck now runs much stronger and performs the way it truly should have straight from the factory.

Looking back, I wish I had installed this kit at the same time as the Banks Monster Intake and Killer Grid Heater Upgrade, since having both completed now has made a noticeable difference. With these upgrades, the truck not only sounds fantastic but also runs incredibly well. The improvements are impressive, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Runs great now!

All works great but did have to buy a 45 degree 4” elbow to hook up tail pipe and straighten the pipe with the slight bend in it, other than that we are very happy with how it runs and sounds now.

Tyson was super helpful in walking through reoccurring issues and getting revised tunes sent out to fix the issue.

Great Customer Support 2009 Dodge Ram 3500 Mega Cab

I have not fully completed the install of the Full Delete kit (EFI Live) on our Dodge 3500 but so far the help from John at customer service has been excellent. I bought the kit several weeks ago but haven't had the opportunity to intall it until this week. After watching the videos I was able to complete the first part which was to install the patch and the tune. I had a check engine light for an injector that was installed about a year ago but for some reason it was not programmed to the ECU. I was concerned about it causing an issue with the tune but after exchanging some emails with John and getting some help from the engineers about the tune I got it flashed and the injector issue did not have any affect so far. The patch and the tune went smoothly. Then the fun part of removing the exhaust. I was able to keep the exhaust intact but for this year I had to remove the transmission crossover brace under the transmission in order to remove the downpipe from the turbo due to the curve of the pipe and the clearance. I also had the muffler addition so the only thing I had to do was cut out about 5-6" of the straight pipe so the muffler would fit at the end of it.
I really want to thank John again for all the help and the quick replies to all my various emails in during this install. I still need to get the EGR removed but I will wait until I get some more time and better weather. So far the truck runs great. The difference in the truck is very noticeable. You don't have to push the throttle as much to get the truck to move and the responsiveness on the highway is much better. The engine is not working as hard and excellerates smoothly. My wife pulls a three horse trailer with the truck and she said it works great. I am looking forward to getting the whole thing completed and adding in the SOTF switch for the different HP modes.

This was quite the character building project for someone who only dabbles with vehicle projects. Thanks to the well laid out instructions, the videos and to the awesome customer service. Mostly good

The exhaust came with a hole in it, it would have leaked. Luckily had a welder on hand so no harm no foul. A bit frustrating when they charge more than others, I expect QC to be better. Tunes are great and they are very responsive to emails.

2017 6.7 delete
