These guys are great on customer service. When I ordered my delete kits I received a bunch of emails preparing me for the install. They got all my truck info so the tunes were ready to go. The deliveries come from multiple places. Waiting on the delivery of my exhaust FedEx sent my package to the opposite side of the country. I got a hold of customer support and the got things back on track. The kit was detailed and fit perfect. I had a few issues with figuring out the tunes because of the coding they use. I got a hold of Tyson at customer service and he got me everything I needed. We had emails going back and forth for days. He was right on it and got me all the answers I needed. This guy went above and beyond. This company has been great to work with and I highly recommend them.

My Eco diesel can finally breathe for the first time in its life

I have nothing but good things to say about everything that I bought for my Eco diesel. My truck has 267,000 miles on it and for the first time in its life, It can breathe. Along with that I’m knocking down 28 to 30 miles per gallon at 75 on the highway and it no longer down shifts when the grade changes, it just runs. It seems like a whole different truck. I should’ve did this 250,000 miles ago.

2012 Ram 3500 ezlink and 5” pipe

I really like the product, it was hard to remove the oem parts from my truck but installing your product was very straight forward, it made a massive difference, my truck is actually fun to drive again, I did the ezlink programmer and the 5” pipe with the muffler, I was very concerned about my truck being to loud but it is actually perfect. It sounds great but I can be having a phone call no problem while towing a trailer uphill. One of the components I got was wrong and I am in the proses of resolving that issue but I can still enjoy the results.

My truck can finally breathe.

I reached out to the Diesel Dudes. I was a bit hesitant to order the kit because my truck gets driven so much and it has 267,000 miles on it. It’s a 2016 ram 1500 Eco diesel. I am so glad I did it my truck can finally breathe it literally never sit still because my commute to work is 50 miles one way. I am beyond happy Tyson helped out very much with all the questions that I had. I was working on my third intake manifold needing to be replaced and would’ve been my third EGR cooler and not complete exhaust system has been replaced once also now I have no more issues and the fuel mileage is unreal. I am also running the 50 hp tune and the transmission tune.

The complete delete kit is amazing. My only problem is why didn’t I do it sooner. I needed help with choosing the right tune when going through the options for the PCM tunes, there was 12 or more choices. Tyson responded immediately with the correct choice. I asked a couple other questions through the process in the chat option in the tuner app, Tyson responded within minutes. Great customer service from The Diesel Dudes, and the videos from Dark Iron Diesel were extremely helpful. The delete kit was a night and day difference immediately. Instantly got better fuel mileage, more power, and much better sound. I’d give it more stars if it was possible.

They stayed in contact with me the whole time, never needed them. It took me 2 evenings to complete the complete kit and CCV bypass, truck runs amazing. I wish I had done it when I first bought it. I would recommend this 100 %.

Bought the delete and everything about a year ago and loved the ease of a kit that gave me everything to do it myself.

As the year went on I decided to put some other upgrades on the truck especially in the transmission, I contacted customer support and Tyson helped to get me fixed up with a new tune for my installed parts. Also Tyson did a great job helping me to diagnose a problem and go through things.

The full delete wasn’t too bad, the exhaust was big and heavy, the egr delete was no problem. The ez link was a little difficult to get through but I finally got good internet and downloaded without a hiccup. Now I’ve got loads of power and awesome gas mileage, what a concept!!!
