bully dog vs EZ lynk

Got a set up from the gang over at thedieseldudes that was awesome and everything was great. I went with a bully dog for my 12 powerstroke and i didn’t like it at all, messed with a tranny tuning that wouldn’t relearn and it disabled my exhaust brake. Got a hold of the diesel dudes, told them I was very concerned and un happy with it. They worked with me on the EZ lynk because I got that for my 16 F550 and was very happy with it. Switched everything over and now my truck runs great!

Bought a EZ Lynk tuner and tune. Did the work myself. The video instructions were clear. Did the work then the tune went smoothly. I was worried about running into issues and not being able to call Diesel Dudes for help but everything went as it should and I am a very happy customer.

2010 efi live v3 Duramax delete and tuner

I ordered exhaust kit and tuner it arrived pretty fast.
Exhaust fit perfectly how ever when it came time to install the tuner part of this project I ran into issues.
Later discovered they had sent the tuner with the wrong engine type I contacted customer support and began trying to resolve this issue with Tyson from customer support who was great the only issue I had was that diesel dudes only does customer support through email and it took several weeks to figure out the tuner had the wrong program on it Tyson was very prompt about emailing me back and trying to work through this. I feel like this whole process could’ve been much quicker if after emailing they had tech-support and customer support available by phone to answer questions but me and Tyson finally got it figured out got it corrected and my truck runs great. The only reason I only gave three stars is the lack of phone support. Tyson really went the extra mile when providing customer support.

The kit is straight forward and easy to instal. Took about 20 minutes with the email instruction link you get once you purchase. Looking forward to ordering my EGR delete.

Tyler had emailed me and asked me what I thought. I believe that the product and the service and the information provided was very adequate. Like most people that purchase something like this they really don't know what they're doing I would suggest possibly a more detailed step by step with information on the procedure but it was very adequate and I did get through it with minimal problem. If you have to download onto your computer and then put into the tuner possibly a little bit better explanation for someone that doesn't know 100% and have it done it before once you've done it once you'll know. Compared to every other one that I've heard about or dealt with I'm very pleased with diesel dudes. It's a good product well worth the money and it works which is what's important.

2105 full delete with EFIlive

Purchased the full 2011-2016 Duramax kit. All parts went in great no issues with the parts. My truck is a 2/2015 with some 2015.5 stuff so I had to follow the 2 different options for the install but being the truck only has 23k miles it all came apart super easy. The team was good to work with for it being a ticketing system.

I am a return customer to the diesel dudes, purchasing various Products off their website. The guys are extremely helpful they can usually respond to an email question the same day and find the answer you are looking for as well as provide additional information and options based on what your shopping for. Eco Diesel tune

The Eco Diesel delete and tune installed fairly well. Biggest hang up to start was going through and looking at the correct set of directions to find the tech email. The video is a bit different than the directions. Was able to get it all done in a day. The exhaust installation was probably the worst part. It was very tight to get lined up. Got the kick ass hat now would like some stickers that say make diesel’s great again!

Sd card problem solved

I had a problem with an faulty sd card so i reached out to get the problem resolved and Tyson helped me very well with out any issues. Very nice people to work with.

Just completed my delete. Wow!! I went from averaging 18 to 20 mpg to 26 mpg. Engine sounds better and happy. Quicker turbo spool. I am very happy!

Complex situation, great service!

John has helped me out tremendously with a complex problem with my truck, ensuring I get set up with the appropriate tuner and tune files. The technical team responds very quickly, and always are very helpful. Nice work to the team!

Easy install, but tuning was iffy

The kit came within a reasonable time, and install went well. I did upgrade the brass fitting inside the coolant tube though. The one supplied with the kit was too small for the tube and the clamps were not able to go all the way down on the fitting, causing it to be a little loose and not completely snug. The rest of the install went smooth. The tuning was giving me issues and it was not clear what tune to use for +0HP. I ended up installing the wrong one and after some support, I was told the one I originally installed was an old tune and shouldn't be installed. Personally, it shouldn't be on there if it shouldn't be installed, but I don't know how they determine those parameters. Support from TDD was great and prompt. Support from the tuners was even faster, within minutes.

This is my second truck I deleted with Diesel Dudes and the Ez Link tuner! Super happy with it. I have an 18 Cummins and 21 Cummins and both purr with the 4” kit.

I am a genius and didn’t re torque the exhaust bolts after driving for a bit. Needless to say I lost a bolt.
I reached out, and I got the dimensions of the bolts that diesel brothers uses. 10/10 in my opinion

2022 super duty

I deleted my 2022 super duty and I wish I would’ve done it sooner. Everything went together smoothly and the instructions are great at explaining everything you need to know.

Must-Have

This delete kit is among the most expensive due to the Mopar ECU needed, but it is beyond worth the money. Installed it myself in my garage, very doable just take your time. Everything installed and worked, didn’t even need to reach out for support. My truck runs better than ever, sounds great (I got the 4” muffler add-on) without being overbearing, and commutes and (most importantly) tows so much easier WITH better MPG. Can’t recommend enough.

6.7 Superduty 2015

The Diesel dudes team with a special call out to customer support John really wants to see you succeed. His help was invaluable to me during my delete install. If you want to get great customer support go with these guys they are the real deal. And their kits and tuning are top of the line. And I have to say cheaper than the other guys overall. Bottom line you ask a question you don't wait a week for an answer. 24 hours your answered. Sometimes even faster. This Alabama 6.7 Superduty owner is very happy with the product. And especially the customer service experience.

2013 Ram delete kit

Easy to add tune. Exhaust quality was amazing but it should be noted if you add a muffler you need to cut it yourself and maybe add the suggested cut location to instructions.
Lastly the egr delete kit, block off plates aren't flat enough to hold a perfect seal and needed to be trued on a belt sander and four washers for the plates should be included since the factory studs run out of thread before being secured.
all minor stuff and overall definitely satisfied.

2015 Ram 3500. Kit is amazing I have to say first. Not a super easy task like Dark Iron Diesel makes it look, great video by the way. Customer support is very helpful and easy to get a hold of. Extremely noticeable difference in the truck, now that it can breathe! Thank you Diesel Dudes.

Genuinely great product.

Genuinely great product. I ordered the EZLYNK kit for my 2016 powerstroke. The process was straight forward and I did it by myself in an afternoon. The EGR didn’t give me any problems, fortunately.
The only issue I had, was one of the quick-connects for the EGR bypass coolant (provided in the kit) hose, just wouldn’t seat, and ended up breaking. I contacted them as soon as it happened, it was around 5 or 6PM ET. No crap, these guys overnighted me a brand new hose that worked and seated with no issues at all. I stayed with the 4” exhaust, but added the muffler. It’s definitely more quiet than I expected, but that’s not inherently bad.

Ordered the full delete package and the plug connector caps and everything arrived fast and fit perfectly.

Everything was received fairly quickly. Kit is very complete. Installation was a bit challenging, but worth the effort. Would recommend getting the muffler if you don’t prefer a load exhaust.

LML Brought Back To Life

About six weeks ago I did a full delete on my 2015 GMC 3500HD Dually, I must admit this is the best thing that could ever happen to an LML. I tow about a 10,000 pound RV with a golf cart and back of the back of my truck also the fuel economy increased by 30%. It went from 10 MPG‘s to 13 to 14 MPG‘s towing. The throttle response is night and day different, it was somewhat easy for the full delete all in all it took me approximately 30 hours to do everything. I did a complete delete took the EGR off DEF tank, etc. so basically my truck went on a diet. I did have one question that I reached out for the diesel dudes and it was actually Saturday afternoon and I had a reply Sunday morning, one of their workers went in there just to check their email and seen mine any replied right away. Customer service is a A+ plus plus. I was skeptical for the last two years to do this and there’s two years of my life. I’ll never get back because I should’ve did it. It brings the LML to the full potential of what a diesel should be, I would recommend using the diesel dudes over anybody else out there due to their support and the quality of their products and their quality of tune. My diesel mechanic turned me onto these guys, and I’m sure glad that he did because they live up to their reputation.

Needed the parts ordered asap( late getting back to Florida from New York because of def break down. Small stuff came quicker than expected, and last parts I needed to finish came right on time.

Great kit

The kit is straight forward but you will need to review the tunes for a 2021. Something like 18 variants provided but with AI it makes it simple. The hardest part is taking the electrical pieces apart due to the limited space and locking tabs. John from The Diesel Dudes was very helpful and very quick to respond in detail. They also had follow up calls as well to make sure everything was handled. Very pleased over all.
