Its a whole new truck!!! finally sounds like a diesel! Turbo whistle for days!

I'm not seeing the 5mpg increase like I was hoping but I am loving how my truck sounds now. 5" straight pipe makes my jaw tired from smiling all day. It took me 6 days to install everything by myself. would have been much easier with 2 people. the EGR delete instructions suck. just go to YouTube and you'll be fine. lots of blood sweat and beers went into this and I couldn't be more happy! I haven't turned up the dial past 3 yet because I have a CP4 pump still. I'm excited to remedy that and turn it up all the way! I used a slide hammer with a pair of vice grips welded to the end to rip out the heat shield on the downpipe. I highly recommend making one of those. they come in handy for all sorts of projects.

Super easy took about 2.5 hours I have boosted my mpg truck woke up zero lag. It feels like another truck.

Drives like a new truck runs great, sounds amazing. I did it all myself super proud everything turned out great. Had alittle trouble getting the tune to load in the truck(get to 99% and have to retry) but there is a tune to unlock the computer and the button of the list(ezlynk). My truck is not my daily driver but it has been since the install. Super good company to buy from Answer all my questions, emails responded in a couple hours.

EFI Live 2016 Ram

First time doing a delete. I had already purchased EGR delete kit, and 4” pipe with muffler to replace CAT and DPF, elsewhere. Purchased the EFI Live from DD and filled out the form. Communication thru the process was great, install was easy. Can really tell a difference in throttle response and power. I have yet to pull our fifth wheel trailer with the new tune but am looking forward to seeing how it does. I heard of Diesel Dudes when I was researching delete kits watching you tube vids. Dark Iron Diesel recommended their kits. Great channel. Good job guys, very happy I’m with my purchase.

2016 ram 2500 full delete with 5” exhaust runs great and sounds amazing. I will be adding a muffler for my own ears lol. But the whole package is worth the money.

Great customer support and product

Excellent product. Customer service extremely helpful before and after this sell. Full delete ez lynk bundle purchase. I did get the muffler over the exhaust delete without the muffler. Instructions sent with measurements using the delete pipe section only. I used the post DPF cut measurement of 11” that was provided and then cut 11” off the new exhaust pre muffler on the non flared side. This was because the muffler was 11” longer than the delete pipe in between the flared ends. This would be helpful to include as a pro tip or something in the install instructions. Pictures show the difference where the pipe lands and then soapstone marks where I made the two cuts. Overall very happy with the products and service.

Ez Lynk 2020 ram

After speaking with their sales online I opted for the ez Lynk. I also purchased the pipe. It was an easy install process no issues with the pipe. I did have issues with the obd cord that comes in the package. I was able to contact help line which put me through to ez Lynk. Post purchasing a 35 dollar plug and play obd cable, the process was stream lined. Truck runs great ! I have not removed eGr or changed to cold air yet, it’s in the works ! Greatly ran business and shipping was on the date they stated on e-mail without issues !

2017 Ram 2500 leveled on 325/60r20

Great kit. The bypass tube I thought would allow use of factory muffler. This is not the case. It is straight pipe all the way back. So if you want quieter operation select the muffler option. I would also recommend throttle valve delete.

Pretty simple install

I did two ambulances for our Fire Department. Simple install and the result was fantastic. Performance is great and no more “limp mode” issues. No lights on the dash for the first time since we got these units.

Full def delete

It was not that bad to do. I AM 71 YEARS old and it took me three days to do and I did it in my driveway. My truck runs good . My miles went up to 19.5 city driving. I haven't got on the interstate jet so not sure of the miles I get there.but sure it will be above 23. Just wanted to thank you guys for helping me out.

Excellent Service and product

5" turbo back. You definitely need 2 people to install it but everything came in great shape, nothing missing and but took 3.5hrs. We didn't have to remove the cross-member under the transmission, it slid together and bolted up quite nice. Sounds great!!!

It has not given me any problems! Runs good! So far the power is good.

Easy to Install%2C excellent power

I bought the delete bundle with EZ Lynk OBD%2C 5” exhaust with muffler and Shift on the fly switch. The programming easily uploaded and the exhaust and EGR delete installed with minimal issues. I received a 4” muffler instead of a 5” muffler%2C and the support team quickly rectified. I could not connect my CCV adapter to the SOTF adapter included because the two would not fully mate. Perhaps it’s the wrong connection. However%2C the truck runs so well%2C I don’t really care to add any performance via the switch. %0D%0A%0D%0AI drove 325 miles the day after installing the bundle and averaged 21.7 mpg with stock wheels. The truck blows a little smoke if you really get on it%2C but average driving%2C you won’t see anything.

Truck never ran better

In April 2023, my 2016 Duramax went into limp mode from a fouled egr valve. I ordered the EFI Live bundle and received everything within 2 weeks. Using the instructions and videos, I installed the tune, switch, and delete over a weekend. The difference on just the first setting is great and the other setting wake this truck up even more. When I’m traveling long distance, my fuel economy has improved by 2-3mpg. In all my other driving, it hasn’t improved much due to me not being able to keep my foot off the throttle. I’m super happy with the support I received and would definitely buy again if I get another diesel truck.

so far , so good. did not install dps5 switch , assuming down load is set on stock setting with around 20 to 30 hp increase. woke up the goat for sure. throttle responce is great, a little smoke when you lean on it but that is to be expected. will update when I get some miles on it.

I was really happy with-it stock until I started have codes pop up. After the 3rd time I had enough. Started researching and found you guys. Actually, talked to a person and found out what I needed. Very happy with the services and the end results. I will recommend you guys to anyone asking!

2021 f250 full delete

Couldn’t be happier with the final product. Truck runs perfectly and didn’t have any issues. Could not recommend this product enough. Went from getting 15mpg highway to 21, and that’s just with the EGR unplugged. As soon as I get around to tackling that it should improved even more.

2016 2.8 Colorado Diesel

After receiving entire package there were a few hick ups on the computer software version used with the tuner. The support was perfect, no complaints and was resolved easily, plus helped me with familiarity. Vehicle downloads were less than 5 minutes and worked right out of the gate. All exhaust component removal and installation was very well documented along with pictures. Trucks runs great, no more worrying about emission related limp mode errors, had more episodes than I care to remember (thank you EPA!!! 😠).

5” Exhaust

I am not a bot and I actually purchased this full down pipe back exhaust. I was very skeptical at first. I pulled the trigger anyway and purchased this product. Now the shipping was projected to be a total 7-8 business days. It arrived in 15 total days. It comes with everything you need. I literally have no mechanical experience and I was able to install this, it took me about 7 hours though. All in all you get what you paid for.

Worth the money.

If you're considering deleting your RAM 6.7L I highly recommend The Diesel Dudes delete and tune. If you purchase the kit I'd go ahead and buy the throttle valve delete for the reasons stated on their website.

If your mechanical skills are intermediate don't be intimidated by doing the installation yourself. The instructions are easy to read and follow. I'd never done a tune before and I found The Diesel Dudes tune installation as easy as pushing a few buttons. Once completed the extra power was immediately recognizable and substantial. I had no leaks and the bolts that were suppose to be a bit of a challenge to get out were easy to remove. From start to finish the delete and tune was an enjoyable experience, and made the truck run as it should have from the factory.

Mostly happy with the results!

After having my son install the EFI LIVE PROGRAM( BECAUSE HE'S VERY TECH. SAVY, I AM NOT) The first road test was very encouraging, throttle response and shifting was excellent a far cry from stock. Prior to the EFI up grade I did not have the proper power to perform a safe passing of another vehicle( it was like having Mother Theresa under the hood) as my fuel mileage was horrible 12 mpg in town and 14.5 mpg at highway speeds 100 kms per hour. Now in town is 16-17 mpg( and I haven't done the DPF DELETE or the EGR DELETE yet).
However after the install my Cruise Control function no longer works.
I am waiting now to speak to a tech. I recieved a phone call from the Diesel Dudes inquiring about the message I left. She informed me the Techs don't talk to customers over the phone, only by e-mail, I told her that made no sense to me. I am a Heavy Duty mechanic ( CATERPILLAR)since 1978, I don't type well, I need to speak to a human to resolve this problem. If I have to I will travel from Halifax NS to Montreal to rectify this glitch.

2020 ram 2500 kit

The only reason I score this a five start is because there isn’t an option to rate it six. This kit’s fitment is absolutely perfect. The directions with the help of some YouTube videos help me install it mostly on my own. I’m not mechanically inclined and did this all with basic tools and pry bars. Save the money if you can and install it yourself unless you really think you can’t do it. All in all, I have no complaints.

2015 Ram 3500

I am NOT a mechanic, I do not have a garage....or even pavement. Yet, rolling around in some gravel and using basic tools that anyone should own this task was easy to complete. It did take me longer than the "6 hours" some people claim but 8 or 9 hours I had everything done. The whole process is pretty easy to figure out after watching the provided videos several times and taking your time. A heads up for those ordering the straight pipe along with a muffler, you will need to do some modifications, but nothing major so measuring and cutting with a Sawzall. I did ask DD a couple questions and was responded to very quickly and accurately. If your worried about it then rest assured you can do it, take your time and don't rush, ask questions if you need help. Lastly, be sure to double check the tune you are installing, I made the mistake of "removing" some parts yet I had downloaded the tune with "parts" still attached. My mistake but was quickly fixed.

2018 ram 2500

Was disappointed in some parts of the kit. First was the band clamps for the straight pipe were all bent and beat up. End of one of the straight pipes was also all beat up which made it much harder to install. The EGR kit came with no gaskets, which is inconvenient. Other than that install was somewhat easy and came with good instructions for bypass cable.

Everything fit awesome and works great. Thanks for all the support with my questions during the ordering process.
