My truck can finally breathe.

I reached out to the Diesel Dudes. I was a bit hesitant to order the kit because my truck gets driven so much and it has 267,000 miles on it. It’s a 2016 ram 1500 Eco diesel. I am so glad I did it my truck can finally breathe it literally never sit still because my commute to work is 50 miles one way. I am beyond happy Tyson helped out very much with all the questions that I had. I was working on my third intake manifold needing to be replaced and would’ve been my third EGR cooler and not complete exhaust system has been replaced once also now I have no more issues and the fuel mileage is unreal. I am also running the 50 hp tune and the transmission tune.

The complete delete kit is amazing. My only problem is why didn’t I do it sooner. I needed help with choosing the right tune when going through the options for the PCM tunes, there was 12 or more choices. Tyson responded immediately with the correct choice. I asked a couple other questions through the process in the chat option in the tuner app, Tyson responded within minutes. Great customer service from The Diesel Dudes, and the videos from Dark Iron Diesel were extremely helpful. The delete kit was a night and day difference immediately. Instantly got better fuel mileage, more power, and much better sound. I’d give it more stars if it was possible.

Bought the delete and everything about a year ago and loved the ease of a kit that gave me everything to do it myself.

As the year went on I decided to put some other upgrades on the truck especially in the transmission, I contacted customer support and Tyson helped to get me fixed up with a new tune for my installed parts. Also Tyson did a great job helping me to diagnose a problem and go through things.

The full delete wasn’t too bad, the exhaust was big and heavy, the egr delete was no problem. The ez link was a little difficult to get through but I finally got good internet and downloaded without a hiccup. Now I’ve got loads of power and awesome gas mileage, what a concept!!!

My tuner was at a UPS for way longer than it should’ve been. I called in to see what the issue was and Kaye got right on the issue and put a ticket in so that the issue can be resolved quickly.

2021 F250 6.7 Powerstroke

Everything came in a timely manner. Follow the directions on the tuner, watch the dark iron diesel guy (if you are doing same year model) and its pretty simple. We did the tune and the exhaust the first night and the EGR second day. The EGR was the easiest part of it all IMO...We soaked the 2 "break" bolts for 2 weeks about every 3 days with corrision X oil. When came time to remove them used a 1/4' ratchet and they broke lose and the rest was a breeze. The shibby plug caps are a must IMO--kinda pricey but after using them i would buy again..

I went with the full delete bundle and added on the 1-year extended full bundle warranty. The delete process went well and the SOTF tunes are working perfectly. It’s nice having that little extra piece of mind knowing that if something does go wrong, it’s covered. My 2009 Dodge Ram 3500 had some of the 2010 emissions upgrades on it, and The Diesel Dudes immediately mailed me the correct kit at no extra cost! I found their customer service to be awesome!

I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy this it took over a year to get a program that would work and i paid for the multiple hp amd only got a 75hp for the system and didnt help anything on the truck and after 2 years fighting with them and the disappointment i sold the truck i would give it a negative star rating but wasn’t available

2009 Dodge Ram 3500

I ordered the full delete bundle with the EZ Lynk 3 tuner. I purchased the kit from The Diesel Dudes based on a review done by Dark Iron Diesel. The kit is straight forward, directions and videos were very helpful even though they did not match my year and truck model exactly. I have the G56 6-speed manual transmission, crew cab, and long box. I stuck with the 4” exhaust and kept my original muffler and tailpipe. It runs and sounds great! I wish I had done this years ago. I am the original owner of the truck which has 160,000 miles on it. Next mod is to put on a new intake and grid heater delete. I’m 62 years old and did most of the job myself. I did however rope one of my sons into wrestling with the exhaust system, lol! It’s a great kit!

Diesel dudes has a very well built kit I did a full delete on 6.7 Cummins all went well .Had a question and Alex was great on his response. I did a small modification on main brackets that replaced egr cooler. I would definitely recommend diesel dudes for their kit and after sale commitment and willing to answer all questions. LBZ Duramax weight reduction and tune

The EFILIVE tune is awesome. I am completely satisfied with the tune and kit because I picked up power and fuel economy. The support was great. TYSON was so helpful at working with me to get a custom tune for my vehicle. He went above and beyond the call to get exactly what I needed. He was prompt and courteous and was able to keep up on all the details. I needed to tweak the speedometer calibration, help with the DSP5 switch and adjustment to the fuel gauge and proper dual tank management function. The EGR kit worked out great overall. I encountered one minor challenge when installing the EGR kit. I had to get a different pitch bolt than what was supplied in the kit. No big deal, maybe my truck was different than most only cost a couple bucks from the hardmore store.
I would recommend this company and will buy again.

2012 Ram full delete 5” pipe and ez programmer

I love everything about it, my big old dually has a flat bed that weighs 2000 pounds on it but after installing this kit, it really feels like light and agile, driving my truck is exiting again, I am supper happy

Customer Service / Damaged 5" Exhaust DPF Pipe

I order a full EZ Link EGR delete and 5" Exhaust products for my 2016 F450. All the products arrived as expected, however the exhaust system was damaged. Every piece of pipe was damaged, and worst of all the downpipe flange was severely damaged, which could have caused an exhaust leak. After sending several picture of the damaged product to support, I received a prompt response. Tyson, was amazing, he looked further into the matter and promptly sent out a complete replacement kit! The second kit still had some damaged pipe, but easily straightened out with an adjustable wrench. Not sure where they get this product from, but I would highly recommend better packaging for the exhaust kits. The box the product was shipped in was not suitable in my opinion for 80#s of pipe.
