I emailed the help center with a question on Friday night. I didnt expect to get a response until the next week. However Tyson emailed me back on Saturday morning and had an answer to my question by Sunday. I was very impressed. Thanks Tyson!

EZ lynk

I purchased a EZ lynk for my Dodge ram 2017 3500 with the drop pipe after reviewing all the information that was presented from diesel dudes and iron horse diesel. The installation went very easy.

After installing the new program for the engine and reprogramming my transmission. I had a few questions about the settings. I got a response within one hours and within 24 hours I had my answer and it was very clear and easy to understand I would definitely tell you that this is a good product. before I change the system out, I was getting 12.5 miles to a gallon now I’m almost getting 17 miles a gallon love it.

Yes, its pretty self explanatory, but at least a guide as to where each plug goes would be great, and save some time and headaches.

It has been about a year or more s8nce my delete and had a question about tunes working with dcr conversion on my 2011 ford 6.7. Jason promptly got back with me after checking and let me know it was fine. I appreciate his prompt reply since I was planning to do the install this week

Bought the delete for my 2018 Ram 3500 and had easy install instructions. Can be DIY. Takes a few hours and you will hear and feel a difference. When I had any questions, Jake and Tyson where quick to respond. Will recommend getting the full delete over just the egr. Awesome product!!

Only problem broke the bolts going into the exhaust manifold
Just welded the cover plate to it
No problem works like a champ haven’t seen too much increase in fuel economy a little bit so far, but I haven’t really taken it on the road very much yet so I will let you know other than that big power no more DEF Yay!!

Cummins Full Delete Bundle

I would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately when the shipment arrived from the carrier service, one of the pipes had been dented and we had to hammer it out before use. Packaging could be better. The Full Delete Bundle itself minus the shipping damage was great though and the instructions provided along with the use of their YouTube videos on installation. Everything you need is included and easy to install. It took a few hours but only because we had an old bolt break which is no fault to this kit. I've been running it for a few days, and I am impressed with the power that you can instantly feel. I would buy again and recommend to friends. Only advise to The Diesel Dudes would be to put the padding on both sides of the pipes so that they don't get bent or dented during shipping.

Drivability!

First it's a 2017 which was the first issue causing some consternation at the onset, which was quickly worked out. Since all previous communication was with the correct year it caused a lack of a five star review.
Everything was shipped over multiple days. I had the delete done before the instructions were emailed. This indicates that the process was straight forward.
Let's hit on the benefits of of the job. Power, oh my goodness. Driveability, oh my goodness. Fuel economy on the same trip i did in February was up 2.5 mpg although winter is summer fuel grade would have some effect on the economy just a little though. With the muffler option a 2.5 " trim was needed on the front pipe, no big deal, expected. I SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS TWO YEARS AGO WHEN I BOUGHTTHETRUCK

I’d like to start by saying from the moment I contacted The Diesel Dudes, I was assisted in a professional, timely and very knowledgeable manner. From the beginning Ian was knowledgeable and cared about what I wanted not just getting the sale. Then I received the products 4 days earlier than expected, due to my lack of computer skills I was stumped on how to download the Black Bandit files, it wasn’t no time after I sent a request for help that I received a call from Tom in Texas. I was busy when he called and he was so kind to give me 5 minutes to get to my computer and get set up. He walked me through it like he was sitting next to me and he could see the screen. So far so good truck running great vary easy install only took a couple of hours. only thing I thought i would get better fuel mileage when towing. But around town im averaging 20 MPG

Great product

Everything was very easy to install…. Considering I was doing it myself…. Right after the install, I noticed the MPG going up…. So far it looks like I’ve gone up 4-7 mpg … I’ll know more in a few weeks once I get the average…. The performance is also great…. This is on a stock.2017 F250… the only thing done to it before was a cold air induction…
I have no complaints whatsoever… thank you very much for your product.

I had a check engine light within 10 miles after the install

I had a check engine light within 10 miles after the install. At first I thought “what did I just do to my truck?”
Turns out it was just a coincidence that my battery was going back and was not holding enough of a charge which caused the issue. After a new battery the check engine light cleared.
As far as the tune, unbelievable the power difference! I have the 70 hp increase tune and it’s a different truck! I will probably go with a milder tune for day to day driving and mileage. Thrilled with change!

Overall decent kit

Overall decent kit. I will say the tuning went smooth. I can’t tell much of a difference between 1-5 on power but it runs great. Exhaust went on good also. My one complaint is the egr kit felt cheap. My last Cummins I deleted I went with a Canadian company and it was very well made. This one didn’t line up for crap and didn’t even come with a throttle valve delete which my last one did for cheaper. Shipped fast. Overall happy, glad to loose the weight 👍🏼

2022 Ram 2500 delete kit

Of course it took sometime to receive my kit due to manufacturing supply but diesel dudes emailed and called constantly keeping me updated which was much appreciated. Once it arrived my exhaust was damaged from the shipping company but was replaced with no questions asked. Yes, I had to make a service ticket but their response time is incredible. Even had Tyson the guy working with me use his personal time on the weekend to respond to me. 10/10 customer satisfaction. I’d 100% recommend their kit. I’m very pleased and happy. Took me a little over a day to install at home by myself. Now my 22 Cummins purrs like a kitty and roars like Lion. I’m in love again!

Couldn't be happier

I'm very satisfied with the tune and EFI Live tuner I purchased from The Diesel Dudes. They ensured the tuning was correct and loaded on the Autocal prior to shipping and included all the cabling needed to flash my ECM. Shipping was prompt as well. All plug and play. I purchased all the hard parts from another vendor and completed a full delete using the Tunes from the Diesel Dudes. Customer support is prompt.
