Amazing delivery
The Delete system got to my home quick, and was well packaged, everything came in great shape. Once I was able to find the right videos and instructions with the help of Tyson and the diesel dudes team I was able to do the Delete and install on my own mostly, by reading the instructions and watching videos. There wore some things I had to call in for assistance, like what to do with old sensors, and what some of the things wore for that coming in my order, my all my questions wore answered with in a day. Over all difficultie level 1 being plug and play and 10 being i lit my truck on fire to feel the satisfaction of not having to keep trying to complete the job, i would say a 6. Some of the bolts wore horrible to get to, and the hangers on the exhaust had to be heated and bent in order to fit properly.

My 6.7 ford runs great after the delete. I had a couple questions while doing the delete and Tyson did a great job getting back to me and giving directions. I’m getting 4-5 mpg better after the delete and the truck runs great. Excellent kit

Diesel Dudes have the best reputation for a reason. Tyson helped me with the only issue I had, which was my fault for pulling of the wrong sensor. But everything went really quick and my cummins is so awesome now, sounds awesome, drives awesome, and saves you so much money. You guys rule!

Customer service and adjacent departments have been incredible and have gone above and beyond! Cynthia has moved mountains for me and my personal (no fault of the dudes) challenges with my truck. While I can’t review the kit yet, I can say that I am beyond grateful for the before and after purchase service! Just buy it already!
Great product
Great product. Completely changed the performance of my truck. Ran across some confusion with not knowing I had an LGH instead of an LML and when I contacted Tyson one of the customer service reps he assured me that the diesel dudes already knew what engine I had and that the program was tailored to it. Great customer service, thanks Tyson. I can't recommend these guys enough! Should have done this sooner!

Just The Facts!!
First I had a review detailed and complete and lost entire thing!! So I'll be brief. Tyson did great job with initial purchase. I purchased complete bundle delete pkg. I ordered a Shibby plug package that were used to custom fit and close all open deleted plug connections. The ECM Relearned and after 3 weeks truck responding well in power levels 1&2 with smooth trans shifting on my 68rfe. Without trans mods won't be in levels 3&4 The package was quality and my mechanic had no issues in completing delete. Glad for that as 24 hr contact from DD might have been frustrating but not happening this go round. Simply put pretty damn happy with everyone involved. Thx DD!!

Ordering & shipping was great. Received all my components within 7 days. Install went very well and took me about a full day. I had a minor issue & question regarding the tuning. I submitted a customer service ticket and got a response within 1 day. I needed some support for an issue and got it.
I had some issues with my original SOTF tune. I contacted support they helped me go through many steps to try and find the problem. Tyson ended up getting me a new tune to try out and it fixed the problem. Runs great and gas mileage is up 3.5 mpg if I keep my foot out of it. Pulls my 35 foot bumper pull camper like it's not there.

Deleted my truck and the turbo ended up going out
Deleted my truck and the turbo ended up going out a short time later, send an email about tunes for my new turbo and in a short time my good buddy John got me taken care of.
I recently had a DEF issue wth my DPF filter
I recently had a DEF issue wth my DPF filter overloaded at 218%. I tried several Manuel Regens with no reduction in the DPF load.
I remember seeing a DEF additive from Docs. I figured I had nothing to loose. I added about 1.5oz to a full DEF tank. I drove around about 30 miles to ensure it mixed equally.
I did a Manuel Regan and it cleared my DPF load to 40%.
Thank you Docs for saving me thousands of $ for a new filter I did not need. Loyal customer for life!

Install went pretty smooth after watching the video. I'm not a mechanic by any means and it took me awhile, but no issues. I drive a '17 ram ecodiesel and originally only had pretty aggressive tunes and the truck did not run well. I have to say the CS through auto agent wasn't great, but the diesel dudes CS was top notch. I spoke with Tyson who pointed me in the right direction. He was prompt and helpful. Even followed up with me multiple times. Because of that I would definitely buy from Diesel Dudes again.
Ordered system for 2021 Ram 2500 6
Ordered system for 2021 Ram 2500 6.7. Truck had around 100,000 miles and was starting to have exhaust codes. Went with the complete delete and 4” exhaust option. Everything arrived and followed the video for install. I’m pretty mechanically inclined so I did self install. Took me alone about 8 hours. (Disengaging plug from behind the throttle body was one of the most aggravating of whole process) I’ve driven around 2500 miles since installation. I am very pleased with the system. Mileage up 3-4 across the board, city, highway, and pulling heavy equipment.
Was allotta work but the results were worth it
Im pretty ainal about my truck. It was a big investment for me so ripping it apart was a huge step. I was concerned about codes and check engine lights. Any work I’ve done on the truck I’ve researched and usually do 1 thing at a time so I can run it and makes sure everything is good as opposed to to doing 5 things at once and trying to figure out which of those 5 things brought up the code. That being said I was very pleased with the help and support from the DEISEL DUDES. A big shout out to TYSON for being there and answering /or getting answers for my deleate questions

Love at first sound
I was worried at first about deleting my truck. My twin 17 yr old boys talked me into it and I love it. The options to choose what I want from hp to hiss/rumble are fun, but the sound is perfect (no muffler and still not obnoxiously loud). I want to drive like a grandpa for diesel economy but the extra hp is way too much fun. Well worth it without a doubt

2022 Ram 3500 SRW is alive!
2022 Ram 3500 SRW. From order date to install, Diesel Dudes rocked. Shipped and received the kit within 6 days. Followed Dark Iron Diesel’s install video and 8 hours later had a new truck. I had the same issues as in the install video. The bracket for the EGR kit was bent and I had the 14101 code. Emailed Tyson at Diesel Dudes and heard back within a few hours. Great customer support. Pricey kit, but worth it. Do yourself a favor, start at the crack of dawn, make sure your battery terminals are tight, and that you have a charger on during the ECM flash. The tuner is very sensitive to voltage. Ended up being a 2 hour delay because I didn’t secure one of the terminals. Also, take the driver’s side front tire off, pull the wheel liner and take the ECM out from that location. Much easier method than from the top. Overall, extremely satisfied with the Diesel Dudes kit, customer support and final product.

2017 GMC Sierra 2500HD L5P Delete and Tune
I ordered the complete delete and tune kit with a 5” exhaust and the aftermarket down-pipe for my 2017 GMC Sierra 2500 HD and I could not be happier with how it turned out. There was a hiccup with my tuner credits when I went to put in the tune but that was resolved without incident and John was a tremendous help with customer service. I neglected him for weeks, forgetting to get back with him on how everything went but he kept reaching out until I finally remembered to respond to him. Overall, fantastic product, fantastic service, and this L5P can finally breathe and lay it down.
