The full delete package was great, everything ordered was shipped and delivered within 10 to 12 business days. Everything you needed for the delete were in the boxes, which made it less stressful, to get started. This was my first delete, my son and I made it a great experience together, he flew in from Florida to help me with the job. The auto agent tuner was easy to install and use. The exhaust was a little trickier, with having to work on the ground, laying on stone, we did have to cut some of the exhaust extension piece, to fit it into the bushings, I have a 2017 F250 long bed, I was hoping not to have to, but wasn’t that big of a deal. The EGR delete, was not to bad, drained the coolant, unplugged some of the connectors, sprayed the heck out of the flange bolts to loosen them up, had an issue with one bolts on the bottom flange, trying not to break it, which took a bit of time, but got it out, got all of the blocker plates on. It definitely opened it up, more horsepower and sounds great.

Everything works great! The only issue I had was the plate that bolts on the up pipe is to big around the bottom so I had an exhaust leak that made a squealing noise. I took it off and used an angle grinder to remove the bottom portion to make it match the gasket and it worked great. I have already recommended this to a few people!

Get the app, plug it in connect to WiFi. I choose the SOTF Hiss tunes. Then programed the TCM to high pressure medium shift points. Easy does not describe it.

Hi Jake,
I wanted to reach out and express how impressed I am with the performance of my 2020 F-450 Limited since installing your Full Delete Bundle.

Last Saturday, I took the truck on a road trip from Concord, CA, to Gardnerville, NV. I make this 400-mile round trip several times a year and typically average between 16.8 and 17 mpg, especially since I tend to have a heavy foot and usually cruise at 75 mph. On this trip, I was amazed to see an average of 21.9 mpg, and even hit 30 mpg on a downhill stretch.

I’ve attached photos of my fuel history and instrument gauges for your reference. After driving from Gardnerville to Lodi (about 120 miles), the truck calculated 1,017 miles to empty. By the time I arrived back in Concord, it still showed 902 miles to empty. For context, I had the SOTF switch in the second position.

Please feel free to share my experience with others. To anyone considering this upgrade, my only advice is: do it!

The instructions are difficult to try and follow, maybe make an updated video for 25+ year models. No where in the description does it say the pipe needs to be trimmed, not a huge deal but would have saved me some time with the install knowing that first. The truck sounds great with the 5” exhaust, once i figured out where everything went it installed easily. I did not have to modify the o er tje axel part like the video said you might need too.

Good customer service but the instructions were not great. I had to YouTube and Google someone the installation process.it was partially my fault for not checking, however the kit did not mention that I had to reuse the last pipe after my muffler. Just inconvenient, I wish I paidmore attention before disregarding the old exhaust.

The pieces fit as they should and im still glad I went with diesel dudes.

I recently purchased a delete kit and priority processing from The Diesel Dudes, and I have to say, I’m genuinely impressed with the entire experience.

Before placing my order, I called with several questions, and the staff was extremely helpful. They took the time to walk me through everything in detail so I felt like I was making a very informed decision rather than just being sold something. That level of customer service goes a long way with me.

The kit arrived in excellent condition, which is clearly a combination of good packaging from Diesel Dudes and careful handling by UPS. I placed my order Friday night, and to my surprise, I received a call Saturday morning letting me know about the option for priority processing. Normally, I’m skeptical of those kinds of add-ons because they often feel like a sales gimmick, and I almost passed on it. But I decided to give it a shot.

First off I'm not a mechanic, the instructions provided via YouTube were very helpful. The tuning process was very smooth. The exhaust portion required me cutting off approximately 5inches to fit perfect. The truck's performance, mileage and most of all transmission tuning has made my truck a joy to drive! The transmission prior to the tune was all over the place for shifting up or down. The transmission now shifts thru all the gears (10) and there's no more guessing what it's going to do next! Thank you!

Guys at diesel dudes are great to deal with. I did a full delete on my 2013 Ram Cummins after I ended up replacing my old motor because of Egr emissions related issues and number 6 cylinder went down. The tuning was spot on with no codes so far. I had to wait for about 2 weeks for a chance to get it installed but it was well worth it. Still need to get with diesel dudes about my water in fuel sensor not reading. But the fuel mileage is up about 3 miles per gallon. Thanks guys for a great job on my tune. Truck is way better than it was. Fun to drive again

Throttle delay

I was having a bad throttle delay in my duramax . I contacted John and he walked me through a couple options to try and resolve the issue. After trying a few things the issue was still present . John got to working on finding a solution for me. Long story short, I just needed to update my firmware. John was exceptional fast with getting my problem resolved .
