2012 Ram 3500 ezlink and 5” pipe

I really like the product, it was hard to remove the oem parts from my truck but installing your product was very straight forward, it made a massive difference, my truck is actually fun to drive again, I did the ezlink programmer and the 5” pipe with the muffler, I was very concerned about my truck being to loud but it is actually perfect. It sounds great but I can be having a phone call no problem while towing a trailer uphill. One of the components I got was wrong and I am in the proses of resolving that issue but I can still enjoy the results.

Thank you

My 2016 Dodge ram runs like it’s supposed to thank you

I was very pleased with the service you had to offer from ordering the products I was able to talk to a life person on a Saturday to get my order placed and it was there within less than a week and had it installed. Couldn’t be more happier I just wish I would’ve done it sooner. Thank you all very much sincerely David.

My truck can finally breathe.

I reached out to the Diesel Dudes. I was a bit hesitant to order the kit because my truck gets driven so much and it has 267,000 miles on it. It’s a 2016 ram 1500 Eco diesel. I am so glad I did it my truck can finally breathe it literally never sit still because my commute to work is 50 miles one way. I am beyond happy Tyson helped out very much with all the questions that I had. I was working on my third intake manifold needing to be replaced and would’ve been my third EGR cooler and not complete exhaust system has been replaced once also now I have no more issues and the fuel mileage is unreal. I am also running the 50 hp tune and the transmission tune.

Thank you very much
Jason

F350 EZ Lynk

The complete delete kit is amazing. My only problem is why didn’t I do it sooner. I needed help with choosing the right tune when going through the options for the PCM tunes, there was 12 or more choices. Tyson responded immediately with the correct choice. I asked a couple other questions through the process in the chat option in the tuner app, Tyson responded within minutes. Great customer service from The Diesel Dudes, and the videos from Dark Iron Diesel were extremely helpful. The delete kit was a night and day difference immediately. Instantly got better fuel mileage, more power, and much better sound. I’d give it more stars if it was possible.

2018 F250

They stayed in contact with me the whole time, never needed them. It took me 2 evenings to complete the complete kit and CCV bypass, truck runs amazing. I wish I had done it when I first bought it. I would recommend this 100 %.

Full Diesel Delete kit

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the diesel dudes. Their customer service is phenomenal! They quickly resolved my shipping issue within Few hours and my tuner was here the next day. John was insightful and answer all my questions. Kaye was awesome about starting the resolution process also. 150% recommend the diesel dudes!

Assisting with getting our truck back on the road

We had an issue with our truck after we replaced the ECM. We emailed and asked what we should do and Anthony helped us fix it. He send everything we needed to do. Thank you

Great customer service

I recently purchased a part for my truck and did not read the description. When I got the part I realized it was wrong. I reached out to see what my options were. Tyson helped me find the correct part that I needed and set up a return for the part that I did not. Great customer service, great company. I will definitely buy more products from them.

Customer service

Working on the install now, not too worried about it, but the customer service from Diesel Dudes is badass. They actually pick up the phone and will talk to you and very knowledgeable when it comes to this stuff.
I worked with Tyson with ordering and shipping issues and he took care of me.

4th gen 6.7 Cummins

Bought the delete and everything about a year ago and loved the ease of a kit that gave me everything to do it myself.

As the year went on I decided to put some other upgrades on the truck especially in the transmission, I contacted customer support and Tyson helped to get me fixed up with a new tune for my installed parts. Also Tyson did a great job helping me to diagnose a problem and go through things.

Great company to work with and great customer support!

Customer service / technical support

Tyson from the diesel dudes team has been great with any questions I’ve had along my rebuild and tune process of my 2015 Ram 2500. The diesel dudes actually care about the customer and help resolve any issues and answer all questions quickly. 10/10 these dudes.

Ez link works exelent

Super easy to work whit and fast downloads every time l need it

Fantastic

Took a long time to instal becasue was doing it by myself in 100 degree heat but the truck runs great and sounds fantastic

Piece of cake

The full delete wasn’t too bad, the exhaust was big and heavy, the egr delete was no problem. The ez link was a little difficult to get through but I finally got good internet and downloaded without a hiccup. Now I’ve got loads of power and awesome gas mileage, what a concept!!!

Tracking support

My tuner was at a UPS for way longer than it should’ve been. I called in to see what the issue was and Kaye got right on the issue and put a ticket in so that the issue can be resolved quickly.

The best equipment.

Alex lead me to where I needed to go and gave me confidence that he would be able to solve any issues I may have along the way I felt very confident. And John tech-support quickly responded with every question I had again made me feel very confident that I had no worries. Finishing the job. They were both right there was no worries. Great equipment went in easy following the video dark iron Diesel on YouTube is the best.
Thank you again Diesel Dudes!

2021 F250 6.7 Powerstroke

Everything came in a timely manner. Follow the directions on the tuner, watch the dark iron diesel guy (if you are doing same year model) and its pretty simple. We did the tune and the exhaust the first night and the EGR second day. The EGR was the easiest part of it all IMO...We soaked the 2 "break" bolts for 2 weeks about every 3 days with corrision X oil. When came time to remove them used a 1/4' ratchet and they broke lose and the rest was a breeze. The shibby plug caps are a must IMO--kinda pricey but after using them i would buy again..
Thanks again guys!!!!

All the parts were amazing. I just wish they all showed up at the same time.

Very

Very good

Ram 2500 Full Delete Kit

1-Year Extended Warranty Full Bundle

I went with the full delete bundle and added on the 1-year extended full bundle warranty. The delete process went well and the SOTF tunes are working perfectly. It’s nice having that little extra piece of mind knowing that if something does go wrong, it’s covered. My 2009 Dodge Ram 3500 had some of the 2010 emissions upgrades on it, and The Diesel Dudes immediately mailed me the correct kit at no extra cost! I found their customer service to be awesome!

Fast service

It was nice getting all my parts so quick, thank you

Ford Package

I'm really happy with the service shipping and initial purchase of easy link tuner and package. Everything was shipped on time and appears good quality parts. I will need to update my review after the complete install, first impression is excellent.

I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy this it took over a year to get a program that would work and i paid for the multiple hp amd only got a 75hp for the system and didnt help anything on the truck and after 2 years fighting with them and the disappointment i sold the truck i would give it a negative star rating but wasn’t available
