I'm really happy with the service shipping and initial purchase of easy link tuner and package. Everything was shipped on time and appears good quality parts. I will need to update my review after the complete install, first impression is excellent.

I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy this it took over a year to get a program that would work and i paid for the multiple hp amd only got a 75hp for the system and didnt help anything on the truck and after 2 years fighting with them and the disappointment i sold the truck i would give it a negative star rating but wasn’t available

The EZ link tuner was very easy to use only thing was no one would give a recommendation on what tune profile to use and what transmission tune to pair with the tune I selected no description on what hiss vs rumble meant have research on youtube more information would be helpful for people doing this for the first time in closing my install went good truck runs good

2009 Dodge Ram 3500

I ordered the full delete bundle with the EZ Lynk 3 tuner. I purchased the kit from The Diesel Dudes based on a review done by Dark Iron Diesel. The kit is straight forward, directions and videos were very helpful even though they did not match my year and truck model exactly. I have the G56 6-speed manual transmission, crew cab, and long box. I stuck with the 4” exhaust and kept my original muffler and tailpipe. It runs and sounds great! I wish I had done this years ago. I am the original owner of the truck which has 160,000 miles on it. Next mod is to put on a new intake and grid heater delete. I’m 62 years old and did most of the job myself. I did however rope one of my sons into wrestling with the exhaust system, lol! It’s a great kit!

Great kit.

Diesel dudes has a very well built kit I did a full delete on 6.7 Cummins all went well .Had a question and Alex was great on his response. I did a small modification on main brackets that replaced egr cooler. I would definitely recommend diesel dudes for their kit and after sale commitment and willing to answer all questions. LBZ Duramax weight reduction and tune

The EFILIVE tune is awesome. I am completely satisfied with the tune and kit because I picked up power and fuel economy. The support was great. TYSON was so helpful at working with me to get a custom tune for my vehicle. He went above and beyond the call to get exactly what I needed. He was prompt and courteous and was able to keep up on all the details. I needed to tweak the speedometer calibration, help with the DSP5 switch and adjustment to the fuel gauge and proper dual tank management function. The EGR kit worked out great overall. I encountered one minor challenge when installing the EGR kit. I had to get a different pitch bolt than what was supplied in the kit. No big deal, maybe my truck was different than most only cost a couple bucks from the hardmore store.
I would recommend this company and will buy again.

Cynthia was a huge help figuring out what I had to do to get a serial number when it was melted off the part I needed. Appreciate all your help.

2012 Ram full delete 5” pipe and ez programmer

I love everything about it, my big old dually has a flat bed that weighs 2000 pounds on it but after installing this kit, it really feels like light and agile, driving my truck is exiting again, I am supper happy

Customer Service / Damaged 5" Exhaust DPF Pipe

I order a full EZ Link EGR delete and 5" Exhaust products for my 2016 F450. All the products arrived as expected, however the exhaust system was damaged. Every piece of pipe was damaged, and worst of all the downpipe flange was severely damaged, which could have caused an exhaust leak. After sending several picture of the damaged product to support, I received a prompt response. Tyson, was amazing, he looked further into the matter and promptly sent out a complete replacement kit! The second kit still had some damaged pipe, but easily straightened out with an adjustable wrench. Not sure where they get this product from, but I would highly recommend better packaging for the exhaust kits. The box the product was shipped in was not suitable in my opinion for 80#s of pipe.

4 stars. Overall, this kit is all you’ll need to delete your truck. There’s a couple reasons I didn’t go 5 ⭐️. The first is the cost. From what I gather their bundle is probably the highest priced bundle. You can get everything less expensive by purchasing individually. With that said maybe the convenience is worth it to some. The exhaust was shipped with very minor defects, to install everything required us to make very minor repairs mostly removing a few dents that prevented the sections from sliding together. Basically they could have packaged everything a little bit better. The install guide was easy to follow (for a seasoned mechanic) but I’m sure a beginner could follow along. Finally the tune I was sent had a couple issues. Primarily my tire size was wrong OR the gear ratio was set incorrect. So my truck was throwing a code at highway speeds. GDP (the company they use for the tune) had me fixed in about a day. There were emails back and forth. Over all I’m pleased with their product. I do recommend The Diesel Dudes if you’re looking for a complete bundle. Last thing I’d recommend while everything is apart spend the money and replace the intercooler pipes and upgrade your air intake.

After years of issues with the emissions on my truck Diesel Dudes set me up. Great documentation, cut 2” off one of the pipes and all hangers lined up and went in perfectly.
I did have a slight concern/panic (I am a bit anal) with the tune. Tyson at Customer Support when over and above to double check my concerns. I greatly appreciate this and with employees like Tyson I would recommend Diesel Dudes to anyone.

Great product! Used EZLynk with shift on the fly switch. Tune was easy. Being old and fat didn’t help with the mechanical but still managed to complete in a day. Only had one tune question and got a prompt reply.

Worth Every Penny!

This kit was very complete. The software to flash your ecm was uploaded within 5 min I replaced my intake and removed the runners at the same time (Recommend) They answered all my question before purchase and everything arrived within the week.

Thanks Tyson for getting this additional part out to me next day. I have a 2009 Dodge Ram 3500 with the 6.7l diesel. I ordered the EGR/DPF delete kit. The kit I ordered and received was for the correct year, but Dodge upgraded the cooler with their 2010 version a little early, so I needed the o-ring adapter for the coolant line. Tyson knew exactly the piece that I needed to complete the job and got the part out to me. The Diesel Dudes has been great to work with and I appreciate the great service after the sale!

Amazing product, Kit fits exactly how it should

This kit is amazing, the performance improvements are night and day. It completely feels like my truck has woken up. I went from averaging 19-20mpg at 70mph to 26-29 mph at 70mph. The tuner is very user friendly. I did have a little confusion with the piping but after stepping back and accessing it all fit no problem. The only thing I would have liked to see is another exhaust hanger in the middle section of the piping but still very sturdy. Overall great product would recommend to anyone with a diesel looking to wake there truck up and gain insane performance, this is it

Awesome product and very fast shipping

Got this for my 2011 f-250 and it fit great. I needed it last minute and luckily they had very fast shipping had to pay a little extra but it was worth it. The instructions could be a little better but I still figured it out. (Also on the egr at least on mine haven't seen any have it on videos or newer models but there is a nut on the very back that is holding a little bracket that goes to the turbo or something that is very hard to get to just ended up oxyfuel cutting it out of place)

Customer service was awesome. I love the EZ link tuner. Great install instructions and videos. The delete pipe however, I was not impressed with, it didn’t fit well, I had to take it out and cut it 3 different times to get it to fit and the hanger bracket barely engages the hanger. Also the exhaust clamp for securing the 2 sections together is super cheap, it stripped before it went tight and now I have a small exhaust leak where they join. I’m not sure if it’s a new vendor or what the issue is but I would highly suggest you look into it. You fix that and the whole kit is awesome.

Other than the ECM taking about 8 attempts before it flashed, very easy process. Customer service was very responsive and RaceMe Canada was awesome when I called them. I’d absolutely recommend DieselDudes to anyone considering deleting their truck.

Why did I wait so long???

I finally bit the bullet and went with the full delete kit with the full 5 inch exhaust. My Install was a little more intense than just a regular delete.....I was having egr, dpf, and turbo issues for the last month. The truck was at the dealer for a full week and the couldn't get it to complete a manual re-gen on the DPF that was replaced at 80k. The replacement has 29k on it and it was going into regen every 2-300 miles and would throw a check engine light. The turbo actuator was also going bad. I replaced the turbo, the boost tubes with Banks, and put the Banks Monster Ram on it and the Banks cold air intake. The EZ Lynk was so simple but the exhaust was a little challenging but nothing major. I do wish it was a little more solid. As far as the EGR, EGR cooler, and throttle valve goes, if you are mechanically inclined, you shouldn't have any problems.

With all that being said.......OMG. This is how a Cummins is supposed to be. I'm amazed at how well it runs, sounds, and just feels like a completely different animal. She's mean and fuel mileage is crazy good. 26 miles to the gallon during my TCM relearn over the first 150 miles. I'm going to take it easy for another 250 or so and then Let it eat.

Nice touch

The Shibby kit adds a nice touch to the installation by capping all of the connectors that would otherwise be left open to the elements. Mine came with a few extra and 1 that didn't fit any OE connector. I would definitely recommend them!

Small issue fixed fast

Received everything in 3 separate shipments all in a week's time. There was an issue with the tunes as I was sent c&c tunes. Within 2 hours of emailing them, they had my ez lynk updated with the correct tunes. Note: My insurance company also pulled c&c from my vin so I don't believe this was dd's fault at all. Either way, the support was there and that's what matters to me! Couldn't be happier with the performance of the truck! Tunes are solid!
