Genuinely great product. I ordered the EZLYNK kit for my 2016 powerstroke. The process was straight forward and I did it by myself in an afternoon. The EGR didn’t give me any problems, fortunately.
The only issue I had, was one of the quick-connects for the EGR bypass coolant (provided in the kit) hose, just wouldn’t seat, and ended up breaking. I contacted them as soon as it happened, it was around 5 or 6PM ET. No crap, these guys overnighted me a brand new hose that worked and seated with no issues at all. I stayed with the 4” exhaust, but added the muffler. It’s definitely more quiet than I expected, but that’s not inherently bad.

Everything was received fairly quickly. Kit is very complete. Installation was a bit challenging, but worth the effort. Would recommend getting the muffler if you don’t prefer a load exhaust.

LML Brought Back To Life

About six weeks ago I did a full delete on my 2015 GMC 3500HD Dually, I must admit this is the best thing that could ever happen to an LML. I tow about a 10,000 pound RV with a golf cart and back of the back of my truck also the fuel economy increased by 30%. It went from 10 MPG‘s to 13 to 14 MPG‘s towing. The throttle response is night and day different, it was somewhat easy for the full delete all in all it took me approximately 30 hours to do everything. I did a complete delete took the EGR off DEF tank, etc. so basically my truck went on a diet. I did have one question that I reached out for the diesel dudes and it was actually Saturday afternoon and I had a reply Sunday morning, one of their workers went in there just to check their email and seen mine any replied right away. Customer service is a A+ plus plus. I was skeptical for the last two years to do this and there’s two years of my life. I’ll never get back because I should’ve did it. It brings the LML to the full potential of what a diesel should be, I would recommend using the diesel dudes over anybody else out there due to their support and the quality of their products and their quality of tune. My diesel mechanic turned me onto these guys, and I’m sure glad that he did because they live up to their reputation.

Shipment received on time

Needed the parts ordered asap( late getting back to Florida from New York because of def break down. Small stuff came quicker than expected, and last parts I needed to finish came right on time.

Great kit

The kit is straight forward but you will need to review the tunes for a 2021. Something like 18 variants provided but with AI it makes it simple. The hardest part is taking the electrical pieces apart due to the limited space and locking tabs. John from The Diesel Dudes was very helpful and very quick to respond in detail. They also had follow up calls as well to make sure everything was handled. Very pleased over all.

This tuner is great. However install on my 08 ram 2500 was not clear. Had to install a patch tune and was not informed of this. Additionally, the trans tune would not install. However, a tech worked quickly with me and was able to solve the issue in a timely manner!

2019 GMC 3500 Hd

The kit and exhaust system I purchased was a very nice kit good quality exhaust pipes however it came with the delete only pipe and it took a few tries to get the exhaust hung and matched up with the OEM hangers the only gripe I have is the guy that made the video did it on on a 2021 Duramax and there are some differences on the plumbing the turbo cooler lines and he showed paper directions that where hard to decipher the diesel sent me the directions by email it would have been nice to have a complete set of instructions in the kit I've been a gm mechanic for a lot of years and when all else fails consult the directions 😂 program was not as they told me it was going to be ( salesman told me plug and play no laptop required) not the case had to buy extra credits and was directed to another company for technical assistance but they we awesome and got me straightened out in 15 minutes the truck runs great and overall id recommend the diesel dudes to others

Great kit overall. The Tuner and Tunes have been working flawlessly for me.

This kit was easy to install and get the tunes going. The only issued I had is with hardware. I know this seems minor, but come on guys. From the hose clamps for the EGR delete to the exhaust bolts, the hardware was a joke. There were so many different sizes of exhaust bolts, a couple broke on me, and they were all very undersized compared to the mounting holes in the exhaust. The is a minor issue for me, but if you guys were to take the hardware seriously, this would be an amazing plug and play kit. A beginner technician would have run into issues with my kit. However, once I got it all installed, I have been very impressed with the performance of my truck. Holy smokes my MPG's and power are insane. No one would beleive me so I've been taking videos and what not. Tuner and tunes have been very easy to use and have enought information for me to know what I am putting in my truck. Thanks Diesel Dudes!!!

Solid Kit and Team

The kit is exactly what it needed to be for my F-350. It was certainly a day long job to do things carefully, but certainly worth the time. The truck ECM and TCM tune profiles are great and the transmission really seems to be shifting better during its relearn on the new TCM. I had a few questions and concerns along the way and Tyson replied in a timely and considerate manner that was informative and helpful. I wish I had done this sooner.

I installed a Diesel Dude Delete maybe 2 years ago. I had my truck, 2017 Ram 2500 6.7 in the shop,getting a transmission rebuilt. I didn't think to mention the truck was deleted, and when I finally told them they freaked out. So I wrote Jaje in Sales to ask if I had a problem, Tyson, a technician walked us through what we needed to do. By the end of the day, Tyson had supplied Jake with a file, to keep pressures suitable fir a stock transmission. I greatly appreciate the extra work to help me with a problem their product did not create. But their knowledge helped me solve any issues with the transmission rebuild.

NO MO DEF

Pretty straight forward install. Takes some time though. Recommend reading instructions, probably could have saved myself an hour or two. Took about 15 ish hours total including the installation of another company's intake horn and grid replacement, full delete with 4" exhaust replacing the soot collectors. Tyson was very responsive to my questions afterwards I had about tune selection and TCM relearn drive time. Your expected to reuse the stock exhaust flange gasket that turns to dust after you remove it on a 9 year old truck....just include one with the kit guys. other than that, it went great

Had a customer bring me a truck that was previously deleted by someone else dash was lit up like an Xmas tree emailed Tyson a few times on codes and whatnot and after fixing other problems with the truck he suggested a tune to install that would get rid of the rest of the codes afterwards test drove the unit and that was a peppy tune for that eco diesel I was impressed will definitely use these guys in the future when more customers need weight reduction

Greatest customer service

These guys are great on customer service. When I ordered my delete kits I received a bunch of emails preparing me for the install. They got all my truck info so the tunes were ready to go. The deliveries come from multiple places. Waiting on the delivery of my exhaust FedEx sent my package to the opposite side of the country. I got a hold of customer support and the got things back on track. The kit was detailed and fit perfect. I had a few issues with figuring out the tunes because of the coding they use. I got a hold of Tyson at customer service and he got me everything I needed. We had emails going back and forth for days. He was right on it and got me all the answers I needed. This guy went above and beyond. This company has been great to work with and I highly recommend them.

My Eco diesel can finally breathe for the first time in its life

I have nothing but good things to say about everything that I bought for my Eco diesel. My truck has 267,000 miles on it and for the first time in its life, It can breathe. Along with that I’m knocking down 28 to 30 miles per gallon at 75 on the highway and it no longer down shifts when the grade changes, it just runs. It seems like a whole different truck. I should’ve did this 250,000 miles ago.
