The transaction was smooth. They answered by questions over the phone before purchase. During the install, I was able to message a question via the mobile chat and received a quick response. The installation videos were very helpful. I have not installed the egr delete yet but the download software on the ecm and the exhaust install was a breeze. I have not noticed better fuel economy, which may be because I haven't installed the egr delete yet.

Status of DEF after a delete

Tom was quite helpful and provided the guidance I needed regarding what to do with the remaining DEF after the delete.

A must have when doing a delete

The muffler really quieted down the deleted system. I can carry on a normal conversation now and not have to listen to the deafening drone of a fully deleted system.

So far my 2018 f-150 3L powerstroke runs like a new truck!! I wish I would’ve done the full delete months ago! I had a Nox and egr sensor that were both out. I was looking at $3,500 for parts and labor. I found a mechanic that did the delete and I paid $3,400 for the delete kit and labor. No more lag! I can tell my truck is breathing normal it sounds completely different!

Did the stock exhaust and single 50hp over tune with trans tuning. Immediate change in performance. Trans shifts great after the break in period. Fuel mileage increased on city and highway. Little bit of drone on the interior but nothing crazy. Exhaust at idle isn’t loud but does have a little rumble. When you step on the gas it does roar and engine break sounds like a jet engine. 100% would do this to my truck everytime. Took about 8 hours (I’m a YouTube mechanic).

Great kit... great people!!

Just got my full delete kit installed today. I've only driven it about 50 miles so far. But WOW!! What an improvement.
I went with just the 80HP tune for now. But it's phenomenal to say the least. Throttle response is much improved,. And the trans tune for the 68RFE is absolutely spot on perfect. This is the way that transmission should have shifted from the factory.
No excessive smoke out the tailpipe. At least with this tune. And the sound from that exhaust brake through the 4" straight pipe makes the hair stand up!! I'll never get tired of that sound.
One small gripe is that you maybe should include 1 more v-band clamp. The original on the down pipe is almost impossible to remove without destroying. Then you hafta stop and go hunt one down. Nothing major, just be nice to have it already on hand.
All in all, a great kit with awesome tunes!

Needs a catch can and more

It would be nice if the hose was harder to collapse, have to be careful with the bend radius while routing it. Also it would be great if the kit included a high quality catch can and an option for weldable bung/w hose barb to rout to the exhaust so the smoke and smell isn’t floating all around the truck at stops.

Have not done the delete yet but I do what to thank John for all the quick responses he provided so when I do the delete, pretty much all the questions I had have been answered. So far so good and have no reason to believe anything will go wrong with the delete. If I have an issue, I am confident that a quick response will be a few clicks away...thanks again John, Guy

Glad I updated.....

Kit arrived quickly, easily installed myself. Truck responds so much better, mileage is 4+ mpg better, just seems like a whole different truck. Instructions and videos were a big help and made the install that much easier. I thought about doing this for quite some time and glad that I pulled the trigger on this. Thanks!

21 Cummins Weight loss kit.

I’m a YouTube mechanic. If I can’t get it done, I have friends that can come over and help. With that being said. I watched the provided video and a couple other YouTube videos thinking it would take a couple hours to do the whole delete. It took roughly 6 hours only because I was hung up on the exhaust. Other than that. Take your time and expect to bust a knuckle or two. I installed the single 50hp over tune. First drive on the highway and I was seeing 22mpg. Love this kit. My original o ring that came with the kit ended up messing up because of how I put it in. I bought the same exact doorman o ring kit that was bought in the video. Used the same o ring from the video and it worked! 5out of 5 starts. Would buy again. Keep your head up. You can do it on your own!

Be more transparent

Top notch customer service and product. Priced on the higher end you would think preventive measures would be taken to provide longevity of their products. Instead, after ordering, a suggestive window for purchasing end caps for your wiring pops up as another $200+add on. Having a bundled all inclusive price or having that add on feature on the purchasing screen would be a lot more helpful instead of feeling like youre getting nicked and dimed.

2020 F250 delete = A+

Warranty finally expired so it was time to get rid of the non essentials. Kit arrived quickly and well packaged. Install was standard, everything fit well and went together as it should. Lastly the tunes are solid. Set up and install went smoothly. Would recommend if you want your truck to run as it should.

Don’t forget your plug kit!!! Save yourself the headaches down the road.

2016 Duramax

I have a 2016 Duramax that I purchased a kit for several years ago and it has been great. Easy to install and has served me well. This year I made several upgrades to my Duramax including a CP3 pump and a new turbo so I contacted Diesel Dudes to see if I needed to upgrade my Tune and sure enough Anthony responded with a prompt and efficient answer. He emailed me a couple of times asking for specifics of upgrades and after 2 or 3 emails sent me a upgrade to my Tune via email and I had it updated in a matter of minutes for $0. I thank you and OS high school band that I pull the trailer for.

Hardest part for sure was removing the old exhaust.

Tune worked great so far, only issue I had was the DPF pipe install with muffler was unclear as far as the cuts ( had to cut both pipes to fit it between them so I could use the exhaust hanger. Also a bit unclear of the EGR sensors that has to be disconnected if you aren’t going a full EGR removal right away. But, got quick responses and install went pretty dang good!
