Improved MPGs, Power, and Throttle Response

After the install, my '18 F350 went from 9-10 mpg pulling my 5th wheel RV to 13-14 mpg (that's through the hills through Missouri). Empty, I went from 15-16 mpg to 21-22 mpg on the same roads.
I noticed the quicker throttle response, did have to adjust my driving so it didn't look like I was showing off at stop lights and such.
Very pleased with the delete. The only thing I wish I would have done was to watch all the videos before I started - would have saved a few headaches.

My truck is amazing now run so good 2019 Ram 2500 Cummins 6.7 sounds great without the muffler and lots of power. Does not plow any black smoke

2016 Ram 3500 6.7 Full 5" ez link tuner

I got this kit because of a truck I bought having the exhaust stolen out from under it. This kit is very straight forward if you have any car knowledge. there was nothing that confused me of how it when together. Tyson helped me with a couple of questions regarding the exhaust being stolen and if it would affect diag for a misfire and he was able to give me in-depth response about it. Overall, the kit is great and simple to install would recommend.

I did a full delete on my 2015 GMC a few years ago. This year I updated wheels and tires and noticed my speedometer was off so I contacted them and they was super helpful writing a new tune and the Support when I couldn’t get it to load right was amazing. John was super helpful.

Great Customer Service

Ordered, everything came on time, besides the plug kit(Not Their Fault). Was all plug and play, very easy to install. Once receiving the plug kit, realized a couple plugs were broke. I reached out, and their team is sending out replacements for the broken ones. All I can say is even with the plugs being broke, and the delay, they still get a 5 star for taking care of their customers.

Delete kit 5 inch exhaust

Worked flawlessly went together well and woke my truck UP! Sounds amazing and better fuel mileage than before.

Good kit, needs 3 more gaskets

The kit fit perfectly. I do however strongly recommend including the exhaust gasket, and egr gaskets. Old gaskets are not intended for reuse and I did not like doing so.

Everything worked well. The written instructions are a little complicated to navigate. The pages are not in order so you have to scroll around to find d the next page. Other than that the kit worked great.

From beginning to end the process was very smooth, received my packages separate but that was okay because each step required its own process. Received EZLynk first, tuned the truck and started to disconnect certain items, then 4in turbo back pipes came in, the engine delete kit. Had a few questions about the tune, John was very helpful with prompt response. Could not be any happier to have completed this whole process on my own with all the resources and help from The Diesel Dudes. Highly recommend.

The tune files from the diesel dudes are next level! I highly recommend buying a kit from the diesel dudes above any other company! Being in construction not having to deal with DPF issues anymore is awesome!

The sales team was very fast at answering pre-sales questions. I ordered the delete kit for my Titan XD and it arrived within a few days. I had a hickup where the unlock cable was missing from my kit. I contacted Support, and John took over. Once he verified the missing cable, he had one shipped. I received it the next day! Had “minimal” issues with instal

It would be nice to talk to a technician in person instead of by email. I was installing this delete kit while I was off work over the weekend. Although when I received a response by email it was helpful and when I had a problem with my level switch they sent out a new one. I would recommend them to a friend but in person tech help would be so much more helpful.

2016 ram

The installation went very well only one small problem it was handled extremely well. With the setting on 3 I gained 6 miles per gallon more at a consistency speed of 70 for 300 miles. I give a 5 star rating for the complete unit

All is fantastic

To start with. The kit was very easy to install. Milage is amazing. Ram 2500,2017, manual transmission. Went from 15-18 mpg in town to 23-25. Tyson then helped immediately when I had a question about the tune when I added a Banks Monster Air. Tyson is a rock star! Got back to me right away. Thanks again and I am sure I will have more questions for Tyson and the dudes and I am confident in this company and the support team.

2016 Cummins delete kit

Everything came in fairly fast except my block off plates when I emailed the customer support John was super responsive and emailed me back quickly to let me know fedex had actually lost them. John got a new set headed my way and arrived in 3 days. All of the parts were good quality and from what I can tell so far the tuning is good as well.

5 inch exhaust

Went together ok but the shipping took a while and when it got here the package was super beat up pretty much all the pipes were bent up and all my clamps were bent but other than that the kit itself was good

Tracking

John was really helpful when I submitted my ticket about the tracking still saying "Date Pending." He reassured me everything is going according to plan; they simply create the label ahead of time so when they are done programming the tuner, they can immediately ship it out.

I needed a no frills tuner this was a perfect match for my application.

Great resolution

I didn't get to installing my kit until nearly 6 months after I received it for various unexpected reasons. I installed the tune (EZ Lynk tuner) first and it went just as described with no issues. I have back and neck problems so probably should've had help with removing the exhaust components, but I got it done. I bolted up the forward pipe and realized that the muffler plus the aft pipe were roughly 20" longer than the existing gap between the front pipe and the tail pipe. I don't have the equipment to cut 4" SS pipe accurately, so I had to have a muffler shop complete the installation. It came out beautifully and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. My truck is running and sounding better than ever and Tyson has been a huge help in getting everything squared away. I would recommend The Diesel Dudes kit to everyone. The whole process, though not perfect, has been well worth it and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The support I've received from Tyson has been beyond my expectations. Thanks Diesel Dudes for such a great product and after care!

Technical help before getting my kit

I submitted a ticket request and Tyson responded quickly to my request, it took a little bit of explaining to get an answer about when I select which tune I would be getting but they were able to answer all of my questions in the end! Super excited to get my delete kit later this week!

Error code support

Submitted a support ticket on a Sunday and Tyson reached out to me the next day. Tyson forwarded the ticket to the techs very quickly to get them engaged to help provide me the needed support as quickly as possible. Was a little skeptical about using email for support figuring it would be a submit and wait for days as is normal with other businesses I've dealt with in the past. Pleasantly surprised to get support from Tyson in less than 24 hours especially when I submitted the support ticket on a Sunday. Great customer support and did I mention the delete install went in as advertised with no issues since the error code I had was not related to the mod.
