Everything was received as expected. I had issues with the tune profile. Was fixed within an hour of emailing technician. I also had issues with a rough idle. Technician provided an updated tune.

Couple parts issues

2015 lml kit came fast and was relatively easy to install. Had to hog out mounting holes on one egr block plate and had a coolant leak at a small barb fitting on the coolant line. Shout out to Tyson for staying on top of things and shipping out replacement parts ASAP! It has made it a whole different truck. Recommend the easy link as well. It had the tune for the fleece cp3 upgrade and worked flawlessly. And on the first SOF tune my mpg is up from 14-15 to 22mpg!

The crew was very prompt about taking care of my order. Even taking care of my mistake in ordering, they made it right with no questioned asked. Definitely a great group to work with.

Over all great so far, very easy install and any questions I had were answered in a very timely manner.

Great information in your videos and typed directions. It was nice having something to refer back to to make sure you were following the procedure. I used the muffler on the 4 inch pipe truck sounds fantastic not loud. Just a nice rumble as far as performance. It’s very early so I haven’t really tested out the shift on the fly power settings. I truly don’t feel like I need to because it runs so much better like someone finally released the parking brake and the truck can roll out the way it should.

After buying the kit, I’ve had several questions and each time they get answered same day. They take my questions seriously and communicate if they have to ask the technical team before giving me a solid answer. Tyson has been my main rep that I work with and he’s been absolutely awesome not to mention patient with the fact that I’m not so knowledgeable in this world of tuning. I invested a lot of money into my 2020 ram and it’s nice to have support that takes my investment seriously

Fast shipping overall. Two packages were sent: 1) Exhaust 2) HPTuner. The exhaust pipes were delivered with a few days. The HPTuner, however, was delayed because the address was incorrect (Court vs. Street). Good thing that my FedEx delivery guy knew the correct address and delivered a few days later.

4” muffler

Installed the 4” muffler after deleting the truck without the muffler and was a little too loud towing and had a bit of a drone while cruising. The muffler solved everything. Thank you!

The full delete package was great, everything ordered was shipped and delivered within 10 to 12 business days. Everything you needed for the delete were in the boxes, which made it less stressful, to get started. This was my first delete, my son and I made it a great experience together, he flew in from Florida to help me with the job. The auto agent tuner was easy to install and use. The exhaust was a little trickier, with having to work on the ground, laying on stone, we did have to cut some of the exhaust extension piece, to fit it into the bushings, I have a 2017 F250 long bed, I was hoping not to have to, but wasn’t that big of a deal. The EGR delete, was not to bad, drained the coolant, unplugged some of the connectors, sprayed the heck out of the flange bolts to loosen them up, had an issue with one bolts on the bottom flange, trying not to break it, which took a bit of time, but got it out, got all of the blocker plates on. It definitely opened it up, more horsepower and sounds great.

Everything works great! The only issue I had was the plate that bolts on the up pipe is to big around the bottom so I had an exhaust leak that made a squealing noise. I took it off and used an angle grinder to remove the bottom portion to make it match the gasket and it worked great. I have already recommended this to a few people!

Get the app, plug it in connect to WiFi. I choose the SOTF Hiss tunes. Then programed the TCM to high pressure medium shift points. Easy does not describe it.
