Ram Cummins 6.7 Full Delete Bundle 2023-2018

Excellent kit and guidance. Couple of things needed though; Shibbey plug for connector on top of valve cover when five position switch harness installed. Also, I was not told the different horsepower levels of my tune. Thank you, Rob

great exactly what i expected!

Customer Service

First things first, customer support by the Diesel Dudes crew is pure top shelf, I had to work through some self inflicted issues but John and Tom were there for the assist, and while I did not, they got up and running on the first try/ Thank you very much gentlemen. Can not speak for other brands but tune and delete on a Ram is very simple, I booked two days to do the work and held myself to that, could be done in a day if you have done this before. Trucks are not cheap and did not want to mess mine up, hence the two day. Honestly, the most difficult part of the install for me was the factory clips, I get why they are the way they are but working on these in the blind is maddening. MY advice is to purchase the AITB replacement tube, or pull the factory tube to get to the clip behind it, believe me it is quicker than a mirror a pick and a prayer. I did manage to undo most of the DPF/CAT clips and since I was working alone, a floor jack made it easy to get the last two undone, I never could have let it sit on my chest and undone em. All in all very happy with everything from the Diesel Dudes from first hello to thanks for all for no gudging and answering my stupid questions.

Black widow

I’m very happy with the results on my truck thank you

Great product works

Great product works excellent

10/10

Deisel dudes were great to work with. installation was easy. I went with the bdx tuner and a 5 inch exhaust sounds amazing. So much power. I would Recommend deisel dudes to anyone.👍

2017 F-250

Strait forward, everything is working great.

almost 5 stars

EZ Link Tune loading was anything but. Load failed at different percentages 4 times with error code 200( general programming error). Finally got it to load to 100 % on try number 5. The explanation with the first 2 tune options said i couldn't tow with the truck for 200 miles. Not an option, so i chose a different tune without that warning. The rest was just basic wrenching. Had to cut the one exhaust tube down about 5". Overall my experience via chat or email was very positive. I would recommend Diesel Dudes to anyone else trying to complete a weight loss program on their truck

Nissan Titan 5.0 Cummins Full Delete Bundle | 2016-2019

Cheap plastic but did the trick, overpriced imo for the quality

Could use a mount for the tuner, other than that it went great

solid kit! Gained power

Two Trucks Deleted

Deleted my 2014 F350 Lariat and 2022 F350 Platinum. The 2014 has 165,000 miles on it and the 2022 has 88,000 miles on it. Both projects went well and the minor support I needed was great. A 3mpg improvement on both. No more DEF, no more P codes on the 2022 and now knowing that my trucks are going to run for many more years.

2021 ram cab chassis full delete

From start to finish , ordering and installing the diesel dudes made everything so simple. I did a lot of research and did some shopping around and what I liked right off the bat with diesel dudes was the customer service. Someone answered the phone right away. Then they text messaged also. I had questions about my order and the process and they answered everything. Then during the process of the install I needed some help and they gave me advice over the phone. Followed up with an email to see if I needed any more help. It was a great experience with them and my truck is running better than ever now. Thank you so much! I’ll be recommending you guys to everyone !

Solid Experience

Called before I ordered, was extremely helpful sorting out everything I needed, what I could get from them, and what I needed to get elsewhere (muffler). Placed my order on Friday/Saturday, it was being delivered in multiple shipments, I had everything by Thursday. I had some questions, followed their instructions by opening a ticket, I had a call back within 2 hours. My experience with DieselDudes is great so far!!! My only suggestion I would make to them is lose all the AI advertising, does not do anything for you. Just my two cents. Aside from that, thanks guys!! I’d recommend 5/5

Fantastic parts and customer service!

Fucking awesome.

The DieselDudes are legit

The kit has everything you need. The instructions and videos are easy to follow. When in a bind, you can contact helpful associates in support, like Casey, to steer you in the right direction.

Great bundle and super detailed instructions

Was hesitant about the whole process but knew I needed to do something. After browsing around the web it was clear that Diesel dues was the leader in the industry and knew what they were doing. With so many reviews and information out there I knew they were my guys. From the start to finish there was so much communication. Let me know everything. Sent instructional video. Following it step by step was a breeze. I highly recommend this setup. It took me maybe half an hour to start and finish the tune. Deleting exhaust was a little longer as I was trying to save the pieces and not cut them. Everything fit great going back together and runs better than brand new. So much more power and instant response. Thanks for taking care of me Diesel Dudes.

Quick Response

Had questions about truck going into the shop due to getting hit and needing body work. Wanted to know what precautions I should take with the tunes on the truck and how to address this with the dealership. Tyson responded quickly and answered all my questions.

Help even on the weekend

I emailed the help center with a question on Friday night. I didnt expect to get a response until the next week. However Tyson emailed me back on Saturday morning and had an answer to my question by Sunday. I was very impressed. Thanks Tyson!

Good service so far.

Kit is not yet installed but when one of the boxes got lost by a courier John, from Diesel Dudes Customer Service, got to work immediately and had it delivered to me promptly. Well done sirs. I can't wait to get it done and review the completed install.

EZ lynk

I purchased a EZ lynk for my Dodge ram 2017 3500 with the drop pipe after reviewing all the information that was presented from diesel dudes and iron horse diesel. The installation went very easy.

After installing the new program for the engine and reprogramming my transmission. I had a few questions about the settings. I got a response within one hours and within 24 hours I had my answer and it was very clear and easy to understand I would definitely tell you that this is a good product. before I change the system out, I was getting 12.5 miles to a gallon now I’m almost getting 17 miles a gallon love it.

Very happy with their products!! Also bought the plug kit and it works amazing as well! I gave them 5 stars on quality and ease of install!!

John is exceptionall

Good things to say all the way around. John was the cherry on top

Good kit, no instructions

Yes, its pretty self explanatory, but at least a guide as to where each plug goes would be great, and save some time and headaches.

Questions answered promptly

It has been about a year or more s8nce my delete and had a question about tunes working with dcr conversion on my 2011 ford 6.7. Jason promptly got back with me after checking and let me know it was fine. I appreciate his prompt reply since I was planning to do the install this week
