Let me start off by saying TheDieselDudes Costumer service is like no other, Impeccable response time, always helpful and willing to answer any questions you have. This process was very simple and easy to follow instructions. I've had this tune for a little over a year and a half, I've gone through a couple of modifications and they been very helpful with rewriting the tune. Thank you Casey for all of the help! Egr delete kit

after ordering the egr delete kit and tunes from these guys I have installed both and Tyson has answered all of my questions

Cab and chassis delete

The kit had great instructions quality parts. The only thing I can complain about is the exhaust kit was not 100% drop in, it needed modification to work but sounds great.

SOTF feature

Very easy installation. There was really only one of the selections during the EZLink process that is useful for the daily driver which was #2. The SOTF plug was really hard to fit into the receiving plug on the engine. When using the SOTF I see absolutely no change from the 1 position to the 5 position.

2007.5 delete and cold air intake

I ordered the full delete bundle with EFI live and a S&B cold air intake. The order showed up in a timely manner and the delete parts fit well tuner was a little more complicated than I like compared to the EZ link. The problem is had falls in the cold air intake. It showed up with the wrong plumbing and though in the end it was made right it took nearly two weeks of arguing and sending photos to prove the kit came with the wrong pipe it didn't even match the part numbers. It would be better if this type of issue was handled it a more timely and professional manner. But now all parts are in and the customer is happy with the final results.

Great product, my truck is all better. Increase HP and I'm up to 31 mpg on hwy and 25 to 27 city.

Single band clamp made exhaust leak no big deal went and bought a double band clamp sealed it up after that.

I bought the delete kit for my 17 ram 2500. From the start there was excellent communication from diesel dudes. When I got all my order the rotary switch wasn’t in the package. Opened a ticket for service and received a reply quickly. They sent the switch overnight. Top notch service.

I started calling a few places inquiring about delete kits and Diesel Dudes was the only place that had a live salesperson and actually I called before business hours and hung up intending to call later but a representative called right back and the consultation was amazing, I had all my questions answered and placed the order. 2020 Ram Cummins full delete bundle

I ordered the full delete bundle with 5 inch exhaust. I got the order fast. The install went great. I had a few questions on EZ Lynk programming and asked the tech through Auto Agent. I got a fast response. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Next time I need to delete anything I buy they are my first and only stop.

Great kit easy to do

I did not use it but it appears to be of good quality. I had just gone another route with my setup.

Simple straight forward install. Has clamps. The hangars etc. great. Nice system.

Have not messed with it much but im sure ill be able to work threw the connection issues im having with it. It does live feed with lots of things to choose from as far as vitals etc. the only thing i have come to find out is it does not read the stock egt probe that’s located in the down pipe. Have to install a stand alone one.

This was great. It keeps the connections clean and free from dirt etc. Definitely a great idea if you ever plan or need to reinstall the stock stuff.

This downpipe was great. Fit perfectly. Nice heat wrap on it. Absolutley zero complaints with this ppe product. Super happy with it.

The up pipe. Well simply put it didnt fit the way i expected it to. I am still working with diesel dudes for a solution.

The exhaust system was good. Bolted up good with just minor tweaks. Nothing crazy.
The egr delete kit i actually did not use but just looking at the contents in the box, it appeaes to be of good quality.
The ez lynk i seem to be having some trouble with it connecting but im sure its nothing crazy to workout. Its really nice to be able to get support with it when its hooked to the vehicle. Provided you are during business hours. So thats actually pretty great.
