Did this kit for a friend/client of mine. So much power and smiles for miles. Shipping was super fast and instructions were pretty clear. One of the coolant hoses was the wrong size, but what’s $8 in hose after $5k. the video instructions had some mis information for our 17-19. But if you can’t figure the simple things out you probably should let someone else do it lol. Overall pretty satisfied!

Just installed yesterday, so far so good. I have some long driving trips planned this summer, I have no doubt it will be perfect. Started the motor and wow sounds great.

Have to say I wished I would have done this upgrade years ago... And you ALL made the process so easy. Very pleased with the out come now just need to learn ALL the settings and options with my tuner.

Very easy process

EGR process went well. Basic mechanical skills is all you need. The kit came with everything you need and had quality parts. Do not cut the crank case cover to remove the coolant hose. Take a few extra minutes to remove the cover, it’s will look more professional when completed. I would recommend using higher quality hose clamps than the ones provided. Overall a nice product.

Ecodiesel Full Delete

I am a 76 year male, who did a full delete on my 2017 Ram EcoDiesel with no external help. It took me about 4 days to complete the install, only because I only worked a few hours each day. The Software update went very smoothly, no errors. I remove the exhaust system by making one Sawzall cut just in front of the Muffler. The rest I unbolted. Some aluminum lines had to be removed to get the front cayalyst out. The EGR removal went well, except I missed 2 bolts, one on top and one on the bottom. I spent a lot of time looking for the T40 torx bolt, but it turned out it was not there. If I would have taken out the 2 bolts I missed, it would have been out earlier. The plates went is easily, along with the exhaust system. Since I was alone, I used a rachet strap to pull the muffler back to install exhaust pipe to muffler. I did watch the installation video a few times, to make sure I was doing everything that need to be done.
I did a road trip afterwards. It's a trip that I have made many times before. It is a 270 mile roundtrip. I used to average 23.1 mpg. This trip I gor 25.6 mpg, which was pretty good, since 90% of the trip is over 70 mph.
I am very satisfied with the kit.

2016 Ram 2500 DD Delete Kit

Overall, I have to say it was much easier than expected with the help from the DD instructions. It took about 8 hours overall to complete. The EZlink update went good with no issues during the installation.

Good tuner

Was a good tuner and easy to use. Only downfall is that you only get one tune option unless you hook up the SOTF. Also after tuning I lost my gear indicator lights on the dash. Not sure why. Other than that everything worked great.

2015 Ram ecodiesel

Shipping was fast and Tuning was a breeze. I have only tried one tune so far but it installed great and could tell a big difference. Customer service was good on returning my questions in a timely manner. I will order from them again

As Advertised

Full delete with 4” and EZLynk for a Chevy LML. Programming was straightforward, there are many time options to choose from, I’ve only used the SOTF ones for now. After initial install the truck felt like a rocket ship, crazy difference but after a week it’s changed slightly (not sure why) but still WAY better than factory setup.

Im not a mechanic but can figure stuff out and it took me and my son about 6 hours from start to finish (except the EGR delete, which we haven’t completed yet). Next up is the EGR portion and maybe after that I’ll get that original performance back but not sure.

Anyway, I’d absolutely purchase from these guys - So Just Do It!!!

I took a short trip to my brother's, 100 miles, one way, through 3 small towns and averaged 32.5 miles per gallon. Could not believe it.

My full delete

My kit arrived in a couple of different deliveries. I inspected all the parts. One exhaust tube had to be hammered back to round, big deal. The tune was easy, and went smoothly. While installing the 4” exhaust, I realized the pipe was too long and had to cut it too fit. Again no big deal. After the exhaust was installed, I pulled all the necessary wiring from the egr. My truck started flawlessly. The egr kit went smoothly. The power my Ram has now is incredible. I highly recommend the diesel dude’s delete kit. My 2021 Ram has so much power it’s insane. Well worth every penny!

Dodge 2014 full delete

The delete kit went in pretty easily. The exhaust fit together perfectly. I followed the installation on Dark iron diesel.Everything went well although I may need some more tuning. I have been in contact with Tyson and he has been a big help working on my issue. I would recommend a kit from Diesel Dudes.

Best customer service when you have any questions about anything you’ve ordered. Casey helped me directly when I had some questions about the SOTF wiring and he answers them directly and asap which is hard to find in today’s customer service world. Review

It started out fine got 2/3 of my packages early and then the nightmare started with fedex. Luckily John from costumer support from diesel dudes helped me out and stayed on top of the delivery issue and I was able to get my last package as for how the kit i ordered I still have to finish the installation. I giving a 5 star cause when I thought I might have to return the package and fedex was no help John really pushed through took a day and the package was here the next day and man I personally really appreciated it cause I really thought I ran outta options and I already started taking my EGR off. 5/5 for diesel dudes and their support team as for fedex I'd have a different review for them but that's for a different website.

Harness plug kit

Very pricey for a bag of dummy plugs but worth the cost. Block plugs to prevent dirt from damaging plug without having to tape with messy electrical tape.

Everything arrived as described, Fantastic

Tune was stright forward, 23 F250. I was over thinking it. I TOOK my time LOL, it took me 6 hours. Removing the passage fender liner made it a lot easier to access turbo flange and downpipe. The back exhaust pipe is long on purpose and depending on your bed length it may need to be cut. I ordered plug kit and am glad I did. I also installed Diesel Dudes TCM medium pressure tune, then immediatley used forscan to reset trans adaptive learning, I set truck to tow mode, forces trans to use all gears during relearn. Make sure to follow ford workshop manual to relearn initial driving steps. No ripping around during relearn for about 200 miles. You dont need to do this step but I found it very effective. Truck sounds great, drives amazing, better fuel mileage. Comes with SOFT hardware. Easy to install. I also set SOFT to #2 power level during trans relearn because that's the power level I will primarily use. Have fun & Watch Kyle's video as a guide on YT Dark Iron Diesel for 2023 up powerstroke.

Nice fit, poor tech support

Pipes were all bent for a perfect fit. Tail pipe had one ding in it which was probably damaged in shipping and easily pounded out for a proper fit. Hangers all matched up really well. The diesel dude’s technician told me to reuse the OEM gasket and studs. The gasket was not reusable but only cost me $13.00 at the auto store. The studs were easily pounded out with a dead blow hammer but didn’t fit the holes in the new pipe. Overall I would give the pipes a 10 and the technicians help useless because the gasket should not be reused and the diameter of the OEM studs were too small to seat in the flange of the new pipe. Put one together before giving advice. A note to the technician, reverse the studs, use a washer/ lock washer and nut on the new pipe side. Tell the customer to purchase a new gasket before starting the job. This saves the customer frustration and time running out to the store in the middle of the job.

2016 Dodge ram 2500 Delete kit

Awesome delete kit! Easy to install and works great. Excellent customer support. I had issues with my STOF switch and Tyson from customer support help me get another tone so that I could use my tunes. Also the auto tech agent support was excellent in helping me find the switch issue and uploading the correct tune that I wanted.

Great product over all

This product is great for plugging the harness connectors that aren’t being used. Only thing that would help is a legend to let you know where some of the plugs go. I ordered this after building my pulling truck and some of the connectors I’m not sure where they go yet because I haven’t found there respective mate plug. Otherwise great out kit for protection for factor harness

Tyler in customer service is a guy you can depend on to watch his emails even after hours and check to see if the techs were able to get me home. My truck was struggling and after throwing money at parts, I asked the team to take a look at my tune and they worked with what little info I was able to provide and sent me a new tune, if it weren't for their above and beyond service I might have been stuck on the side of the freeway with my whole family on board. L5P Full Delete

Awesome kit! The customer service was great, the shipping was fast, and has me saying the same thing everyone else says after a full delete.. should have done it sooner. Nothing wrong with the kit but I will say on my 2019 L5P I had an issue with my Turbo Pedestal, it wasn't causing any problems but when removing it I found it was warped and needed to be replaced so I had order it and wait for it to come in. So if installing the downpipe ( highly recommend ) maybe order one ahead of time or trying leaving the Turbo in place and just lifting the cab to remove the SCR.

There was a plug for every connection. All fit well, much better than wrapping with tape.
