Was a little nervous about programming but step by step directions got me through it and installing the pipe was straight forward thanks Diesel Dudes great product truck runs like a champ 2019 cummins

No real complaints

Took a bit longer than I thought after getting priority shipping but everything arrived and fit. No complaints.

Full delete and tune

Finished several upgrades to my 16 mega-cab. Put 100 easy miles on it to reprogram the transmission. First tow of the SxS tomorrow.

Shipping issue resolved propperly

I didn't receive one of my parts and had to have some back and forth emails about the situation. John was super helpful and resolved the shipping issue quickly.

Delete Bundle

Fantastic product. Full delete and egr on my 2017 Ram. Took me about 3 1/2 hours. Truck runs awesome, power is like night and day difference. Had a couple tech questions with the ezlynk andJohn got right back to me. Great customer care. Also shout out to Dark Iron Diesel for video and advice. Will be purchasing another kit shortly for the brothers GMC. Great job Diesel Dudes.

A little challenging

I deleted 2019 previously and it's a little more difficult but well worth it. Did a 2000 mile trip right after installing and had a 3 mpg increase in mileage. Super happy thank you diesel dudes!

The only issue I found was the pipe that connected to the tail pipe had a little to much of a bend in it.

Overall good

I heavily researched multiple companies before my purchase to increase my knowledge of deletes. I ended up buying a delete kit with muffler and EGR delete, parts seem to be good quality and shipping was faster than expected. Although, I was out of town and attempted to plan delivery with their customer service department who furnished bad info and parts arrived and sat on front porch. Auto Agent flash had a lot of files that could be used but they don't tell you which one to use and the Auto Agent Chat feature was more helpful than waiting days for a reply from the dudes. Customer service was nice to have, Tyson was helpful, except you wait a day to get a reply. It took 2-3 days to get an answer to something that could have been solved in a 5 minute phone call. Video instructions are outdated, choppy and leave out details that would be nice to know until you are well into the job. Written instructions are very vague and leave out key pieces of information that you should be aware of for the project. Had an issue with a stock coolant riser and fitting the coolant hose over it, days later customer service offered to sell me a part and hose. It seems like the part should have been included for $2500, I couldn’t have been the first person to notice the issue with the hose and fitting. Overall, I guess I am satisfied, if I ever do it again I won't spend as much on the kit. Install completed and the truck sounds good, power is good, MPG is up a couple, throttle response is way better and it smells like freedom!

RAM 1500 3.0 Eco Diesel

The kit has given my 2015 1500 a whole new lease of life. The truck drive great and I have already seen a 5-7% decrease in fuel consumption. Had a few questions and Anthony at The Diesel Dudes Support Team was great. Already saving for the next kit to do the same to my 2018 1500.

Finally the 6.7 is free to run like it was made to.
From purchase to install seamless. Double D’s are the easiest to get what you’re wanting for your ride.
Salesman Ian is the best and the totorial videos are spot on for the most. The only downside to the watching the videos is that I had to pause rewind and pause and play. The mechanics rush through the videos rather quickly but they knew what they were doing. Highly recommend the products they offer.

I needed to change some parts and Anthony got me squared away with a tune update and answered all of my questions! Mind you I bought my tuner almost 2 years ago! 2018 RAM 2500 6.7 with 198k miles. 4" (stock size) pipes, SOTF with EZ Lynk, no muffler.

Wonderful and fast support for an EZ Lynk question during the install. Quick replies from Tyson after the installation.

The difference in performance is wonderful! The drastic improvement in the function of my again 68RFE transmission was totally unexpected and amazing!!! Shift points are now perfect. Slip and stutter is virtually non-existent and temps are lower (no idea why/how). Note that I also have a Pedal Commander.

A little loud with the windows down, especially the exhaust brake. Nice rumble with them up. Love it, overall. Obvious improvement in power and MPGs.

Tyson done a phenomenal job helping us get everything squared away. First tuner was not working properly informed Tyson and he was able to refund my purchase and send me another tuner. Clean process. Only complaint I have is the pop ups on the site for discounts which is nice but whenever your trying to place an order or write something you keep getting the pop up. Otherwise used other products from them on the past and they all have worked great.
