John was really helpful when I submitted my ticket about the tracking still saying "Date Pending." He reassured me everything is going according to plan; they simply create the label ahead of time so when they are done programming the tuner, they can immediately ship it out.

Exactly what I needed

I needed a no frills tuner this was a perfect match for my application.

Great resolution

I didn't get to installing my kit until nearly 6 months after I received it for various unexpected reasons. I installed the tune (EZ Lynk tuner) first and it went just as described with no issues. I have back and neck problems so probably should've had help with removing the exhaust components, but I got it done. I bolted up the forward pipe and realized that the muffler plus the aft pipe were roughly 20" longer than the existing gap between the front pipe and the tail pipe. I don't have the equipment to cut 4" SS pipe accurately, so I had to have a muffler shop complete the installation. It came out beautifully and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. My truck is running and sounding better than ever and Tyson has been a huge help in getting everything squared away. I would recommend The Diesel Dudes kit to everyone. The whole process, though not perfect, has been well worth it and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The support I've received from Tyson has been beyond my expectations. Technical help before getting my kit

I submitted a ticket request and Tyson responded quickly to my request, it took a little bit of explaining to get an answer about when I select which tune I would be getting but they were able to answer all of my questions in the end! Super excited to get my delete kit later this week!

Error code support

Submitted a support ticket on a Sunday and Tyson reached out to me the next day. Tyson forwarded the ticket to the techs very quickly to get them engaged to help provide me the needed support as quickly as possible. Was a little skeptical about using email for support figuring it would be a submit and wait for days as is normal with other businesses I've dealt with in the past. Pleasantly surprised to get support from Tyson in less than 24 hours especially when I submitted the support ticket on a Sunday. Great customer support and did I mention the delete install went in as advertised with no issues since the error code I had was not related to the mod.

Quick Response

Overall the experience has been great. Kit arrived and install went very smooth. Truck breathes better, stays cooler, sounds better, and currently getting about 4.2mpg better on my 2022 Superduty. After install, one of the exhaust clamps failed and developed an exhaust leak. Tyson was very quick to respond to my email and got me a clamp sent out right away away.

Pleased so far with the kit. Shipped last. Communication was prompt. Installed a 5 inch straight exhaust after removing the factory cat and dpf. Went from 13-14 mpg to 20-21 mpg with stock EFI Live tune. Complete EGR removal is next. Only had to relocate one exhaust hanger on the kit. Truck sounds great.

My installation went well I also learned that when doing the install on my 22 ram 2500 all communication ports need to be clear . Meaning no OBDll spliter cables or anything connected to them just a straight com to the ECM one other thing I found out was that my automatic running boards were also plugged into the security port that two needs to be disconnected in order for clear communication from the tuner to the ECM.

But over all I enjoyed the service , product and instalation Tyson was a big help thanks guys.

2018 Dodge Ram 1500 3.0 eco diesel

Did the full delete and tune. Very pleased with the way it turned out. Truck runs so much better with the 70 HP increase. Customer service was amazing from start to finish. Called back very quickly when I had any questions. Would definitely recommend Diesel Dude’s and any of there products to any one who is looking for great customer support and products. 2022 F250 DEF Deleted

Very pleased overall with the kit and videos. I went from 18mpg on the highway to 22.5mpg on the 110hp tune. Definitely allot more torque too. My truck went into full Limp Mode, 50mph then Idle mode only.
I wasn't going to replace the DEF system. Wish I would of done this a long time ago.
It would of been a little easier if there was a basic outline of suggested steps and videos order to go by. I did and it can be figured out though. I am an older mechanic and have restored and worked on many older vehicles and not really kept up on all the new stuff. Figuring out which sensor was what and what I was looking for or at; and electrical plug locations took a little longer for myself, but I am not up on the new vehicles as stated. I did take it slower than most, but that was to learn what and where things were and making sure I did the correct order. It took my 12 year old Grandson and I about 8 hours to do the complete delete. It was also a good opportunity us spending the day together as a bonus.
I will be ordering another kit for my 2021 work truck as well.

Service Diesel particulate Filter

Well, with 118k km on our 22 Ram… the check engine light had been on for 2/3rds of the time we’ve owned it… the bundle saved our motor….

The packages arrive at different times.. but they all showed… it took me 2.5 hours to swap ECM and remove EGR… kit was so easy to install… the exhaust (5inch) is made for multiple length pickups… so beware … it won’t just slide together… you might need to do some trimming… I got her running last night… all my anxiety is gone… just do what I want it to do… run… no more BS… diesel dudes helped me with that.
Dark Irons video was very helpful with the entire install.

Nice kit. Easy to install. Support through the ez link app is nice. Highly recommend for anyone that wants to get the most out of your Cummins. Only complaint I have is you are unable to turn off the seatbelt ding. Which has nothing to do with the delete kit.

2020 Ram 2500 6.7 full EGR and DPF delete

This has been the best upgrade I have made to my truck. All parts went in great. Not going to lie I was nervous about the tune. But it was very easy to install. Also added the Banks monster ram, throttle delete, WC Fabs cold air intake & boost tubes, and a mels manufacturing manufacturing twist muffler before the muffler in the 5" diesel dudes kit as a resonator. The truck is almost as quiet as stock with that setup. Which is what I wanted. Nonie of the drone. Loving the throttle response and the power I have now with the 0 horsepower tune bc the truck can breathe now it is like a totally different truck now. So if you are on the fence about doing the delete. I strongly recommend doing it. Diesel dudes thank you for unleasing the power of my 6.7.

2022 Ram 4500 full delete

Truck now runs and sounds as it should! Guys at The Diesel Dudes were extremely helpful. If you have a cab and chassis just know that the EGR and exhaust are not in the instructions but if you mechanically inclined pretty straightforward.

The delete process was easy, the tuning was easy, the EGR removal was easy. The TCM relearn is a bit slow, it shifts get in all but 4th gear where it hits hard at times.

The system seems to work well. When I do have a question. When I put it it in position 3 or higher and I get on it it pops up messenger and other message or saying "reduced power required." What causes this?

I am pleased with the change

I am pleased with the change. But when I turn it up and get on it, it signals me that "engine power needs to be reduced.
What causes that? It doesn't do it on number 1.

Hard parts are great, tune is by no means "in house". Ordered the sotf tuning, threw a code with wheel speed sensor that killed power. Ended up dealing with a dieselr performance(that sells these kits way cheaper). 3 weeks later got a new tune that worked but lost the sotf tuning. Attempting to resolve that now but completely tired of the process.

Fast customer support

Bought a full delete kit but had a question, called after hours and ended up starting a ticket with support. Got a call back next morning and spoke with Alex, returning my call. Everything went in good no problem with the tuner had some problems with the five proposition switch but I got it figured out this is not a negative review but I wish they would have better instructions on the hardware that they provide when it comes to wiring the switch if the switch is not hooked up it goes to tune level five witch is not good for the truck PS truck runs great

Resolved problem

I appreciate the fast response of the problem I’ve had. I understand the things come up and problems exist and I do appreciate it for getting on it right away and I understand that the shipping problem is not yours and UPS needs to take responsibility for the delay, which is absolutely ridiculous that answer that the plane broke down if somebody had a heart that needed to be flown you’re gonna tell me the plane broke down so that Man dies UPS is the largest courier in the world and giving an answer of the plane broke down is unacceptable. You guys have done your part. I appreciate it thank you for your help
