Cummins Full Delete Bundle

I would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately when the shipment arrived from the carrier service, one of the pipes had been dented and we had to hammer it out before use. Packaging could be better. The Full Delete Bundle itself minus the shipping damage was great though and the instructions provided along with the use of their YouTube videos on installation. Everything you need is included and easy to install. It took a few hours but only because we had an old bolt break which is no fault to this kit. I've been running it for a few days, and I am impressed with the power that you can instantly feel. I would buy again and recommend to friends. Only advise to The Diesel Dudes would be to put the padding on both sides of the pipes so that they don't get bent or dented during shipping.

Drivability!

First it's a 2017 which was the first issue causing some consternation at the onset, which was quickly worked out. Since all previous communication was with the correct year it caused a lack of a five star review.
Everything was shipped over multiple days. I had the delete done before the instructions were emailed. This indicates that the process was straight forward.
Let's hit on the benefits of of the job. Power, oh my goodness. Driveability, oh my goodness. Fuel economy on the same trip i did in February was up 2.5 mpg although winter is summer fuel grade would have some effect on the economy just a little though. With the muffler option a 2.5 " trim was needed on the front pipe, no big deal, expected. I SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS TWO YEARS AGO WHEN I BOUGHTTHETRUCK

So far so good truck running great vary easy install only took a couple of hours. only thing I thought i would get better fuel mileage when towing. But around town im averaging 20 MPG

Great product

Everything was very easy to install…. Considering I was doing it myself…. Right after the install, I noticed the MPG going up…. So far it looks like I’ve gone up 4-7 mpg … I’ll know more in a few weeks once I get the average…. The performance is also great…. This is on a stock.2017 F250… the only thing done to it before was a cold air induction…
I have no complaints whatsoever… thank you very much for your product.

I had a check engine light within 10 miles after the install

I had a check engine light within 10 miles after the install. At first I thought “what did I just do to my truck?”
Turns out it was just a coincidence that my battery was going back and was not holding enough of a charge which caused the issue. After a new battery the check engine light cleared.
As far as the tune, unbelievable the power difference! I have the 70 hp increase tune and it’s a different truck! I will probably go with a milder tune for day to day driving and mileage. Thrilled with change!

Overall decent kit

Overall decent kit. I will say the tuning went smooth. I can’t tell much of a difference between 1-5 on power but it runs great. Exhaust went on good also. My one complaint is the egr kit felt cheap. My last Cummins I deleted I went with a Canadian company and it was very well made. This one didn’t line up for crap and didn’t even come with a throttle valve delete which my last one did for cheaper. Shipped fast. Overall happy, glad to loose the weight 👍🏼

2022 Ram 2500 delete kit

Of course it took sometime to receive my kit due to manufacturing supply but diesel dudes emailed and called constantly keeping me updated which was much appreciated. Once it arrived my exhaust was damaged from the shipping company but was replaced with no questions asked. Yes, I had to make a service ticket but their response time is incredible. Even had Tyson the guy working with me use his personal time on the weekend to respond to me. 10/10 customer satisfaction. I’d 100% recommend their kit. I’m very pleased and happy. Took me a little over a day to install at home by myself. Now my 22 Cummins purrs like a kitty and roars like Lion. I’m in love again!

Couldn't be happier

I'm very satisfied with the tune and EFI Live tuner I purchased from The Diesel Dudes. They ensured the tuning was correct and loaded on the Autocal prior to shipping and included all the cabling needed to flash my ECM. Shipping was prompt as well. All plug and play. I purchased all the hard parts from another vendor and completed a full delete using the Tunes from the Diesel Dudes. Customer support is prompt. Outstanding attention to detail!

The mechanics of everything went off without a hitch, but the tune needed some adjustment for my specific vehicle. Customer support was on it immediately and had technicians work out the specifics of the best tune for my Jeep grand Cherokee. 2018 Ram 3500

Overall it wasnt a bad experience. Everything worked out in the end. I purchased the ezlink full delete kit with SOFT. I did have a couple issues with the exhaust nothing I couldn't remedy. Instructions didnt match what wiring kit that was sent but an email fixed that. I feel that for the money we spend on these kits we should only be re-using components for what they were intended for. A simple $10 hose barb fitting would have saved me an overnight shipping fee and would have finished the install a day earlier. If it wasnt for Casey's help it would have been more of a headache for sure. Thanks again Casey.

I had a solid experience working with The Diesel Dudes recently. I was dealing with a frustrating discrepancy in my truck's fuel system that I couldn't quite pin down on my own. Tyson was the representative who assisted me, and he was great to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me troubleshoot the specific issues I was seeing. 2018 full delete

I love the power,sound a little loud in the cab. I just ordered the 4" muffler. im 61 an still playing. My 2018 Ram 3500 Laramie Mega Cab is great.

I appreciate all the help from Tyson. Regarding the installation of the 4 inch band clamps that were not working correctly. He worked with their support staff to resolve the issue. You sent out some more claps. Let's hope this works.

Tune/ delete with 5in stainless exhaust

If you’re looking for a tune and delete I recommend going through these guys. I bought a tune a delete with ez lynk and a 5 inch stainless steel exhaust with muffle. Parts came in fast and were easy to install. I ran into some issue with a hose and an exhaust clamp but they was a lot of help on replacing the damage parts, great customer service. Improved fuel mileage and truck runs a lot better.

6.7 delete kit

It went in really easy.runs great.I pulled a boat and was getting 17.3 miles per gallon run it on 3 setting.I chanced the oil and it was not black. I can’t wait to pull our 41 fifth wheel. Just love it.

2018 Ram Eco Diesel Tune

The Diesel Dudes is a company that stands by the product they provided me. I did the full ERG delete which took me and my son about 6 hours to do. There were some difficulties but we worked through it because of the instructions and videos provided. Very helpful. With the tune I no longer have acceleration lag issues, my fuel economy went up significantly and there is a noticeable feeling of increased power. I did the 20 hp increase tune and used the stock transmission tune because I really don’t pull big loads with this truck. Since I’ve installed the tune I’ve driven over 3,000 miles and my average fuel economy increased to just under 26mpg which is up 4 plus mpg.
I began noticing excessive exhaust fumes in the cab so took it to a shop with a rack to see if they could find the leak. As it turned out there was a significant leak from the joint were the V-band clamp is located. The exhaust pipe fitting provided by Diesel Dudes was too large so it was not possible for a secure seal to be made. I contacted customer services and Tyson made every effort to help resolve the issue quickly. Unfortunately the replacement parts that were sent out didn’t work either so I ended up having my local muffler shop manufacture the correct size flange. I did provide several pictures and a detailed explanation to hopefully prevent this issue from happening to any other customer with a Ram Eco Diesel. During this time Tyson and the company were amazing. They gladly covered the cost of my repair and said they appreciated my feedback because it should prevent further issues with others.
I gave this company a 5 star rating because their product is good and more importantly their customer service was impeccable. Thank you Tyson for everything you did to work with me through this small glitch.

Great support throughout from Casey. All during the leadup to doing the delete and trying to get everything settled on what I had to do, he was patient and responded to all my questions. In the end it went off without a hitch.
