If you have a highly modified truck don’t rely on a BDX BullyDog to reflash you’re previous Tune. I was without my truck for a few days it got stuck on limp mode. But the customer service took care of me and communicated with me at all times. They told me the ezlink will get me back on the road. And it did! I am greatful for the team and was able to get a partial amount of my refund for the BDX. First time owner of a diesel truck partially I was at fault. I would recommend you do some research or talk to a technician, within the ez link app. Great buy worth every penny. Fast and efficient no hassle or delays.

2016 Ford F-350 Delete Bundle

Install was pretty simple. Only problem I had were the bolts for the forward flange on the delete pipe were too short. Had to go out and buy 2 bolts but other than that it was great. Truck runs like a champ now.

2018 Ram 2500 6.7 cummins

As all do it your self mechanics know when doing something they have never done before feels like a daunting task. From the start the sales team (Adrian) helped me pick the right kit, the EZ Lynk is truley for the non tune savey, easy to use. The step by step guides helped me to understand it, the videos were a great help, though like all videos they never show the tech actually removing the bolts. When in doubt use heat before stripping the bolts or nuts especially on the EGR removal portions.
All in all TheDieselDudes did NOT DISAPPOINT. Products came quickly, minor modification to the tail pipe sections. But Every piece was in the packaging, only took me 4 days between work and weather to get it all put in. Trucks sounds amazing, runs better than before. Would recommend this company every time

Full delete kit

My DPF was clogged past the point a regen wasn’t going to happen. My buddy said he’d tune my truck and turned me on to Diesel Dudes. I bought the whole kit. I’ve been driving the truck with an engine tune and trans tune for a few days now. Drives like a brand new truck.
As far as the customer service, I was super impressed! Tyson and Anthony were there every step of the way for me and my buddy. Highly recommend!

Awesome kit and tuning worked great

Did not work on my truck that had a previous tune couldn’t override it. If you want to overrride a tune you need the ez link tuner. Left my truck on Limp Mode for days. I couldn’t return it ether, waste of money.

Absolutely Amazing

Placed my order through Ian, order came quicker than expected, not paying attention, I installed a tune for automatic, I have a 6 speed manual, Sent in a tech support ticket thinking "what have I gotten myself into". John responded within a couple of hours. In less than 24 hours I had a new tune for a manual transmission. I would like to say I was off to the races, but that wouldn't necessarily be true. I could've maybe forgot to turn off all accessories(exhaust brake) before installing new tune, when I finished the exhaust the brake(exhaust) was on continously and the truck wouldn't accelerate. That's when I had to reload the tune. All I can say is WOW! Thanks to John for his timely responses to email (very quick) I now have a truck with no check engine lights, gets absolutely scary if you jump on it, and gets easily 40% better fuel mileage if I drive like the old man I am. Thanks diesel dudes

Priority Processing

So far so good.

My full delete bundle has been installed on my 2014 Ram 2500 for 5 days, and so far so good. The truck is noticeably faster/more responsive, and I'm seeing better MPG. I'm finding excuses to drive my truck because it's just so damn fun. I haven't played with the tunes much yet. I have just been keeping it at position 3. I'm looking forward to getting to know my truck better.

Had a small issue during install reached out with a support ticket Tyson responded quickly worked out the problem and got it taken care in a short time

The whole kit

The whole kit was very simple to install. The instructions were very simple to read. Now I did it by myself which I don’t really recommend especially when I was taking out the def canister. However it’s doable, and everything else was a piece of cake. The tuner updating and tuning the truck process was very easy as well. Very well explained in the instructions. The quality of the parts were 10/10. The sounds of just the delete pipe is perfect to me, and the SOF knob is one of my favorite things as well. All and all I would say it was actually easier to install than I thought it would be!!

Amazing delivery

The Delete system got to my home quick, and was well packaged, everything came in great shape. Once I was able to find the right videos and instructions I was able to do the Delete and install on my own mostly, by reading the instructions and watching videos. There wore some things I had to call in for assistance, like what to do with old sensors, and what some of the things wore for that coming in my order, my all my questions wore answered with in a day. Over all difficultie level 1 being plug and play and 10 being i lit my truck on fire to feel the satisfaction of not having to keep trying to complete the job, i would say a 6. Some of the bolts wore horrible to get to, and the hangers on the exhaust had to be heated and bent in order to fit properly.

I ran into an exhaust issue and a tube issue. Tyson worked with me over the course of several days to help me with the exhaust issue and the tune problem.
